– WWE ring announcer Tony Chimel celebrates his birthday on Friday as he turns 52-years-old. Also celebrating a birthday today is former WWE wrestler Rikishi, who turns 48-years-old. Jey and Jimmy Uso wished their father a happy birthday via Twitter, writing, “Happy birthday to our pops @TheREALRIKISHI!! Out here in the middle east!! Don’t kno what time it is anymore!! -According to one source, there is a chance the rumored bout between Bray Wyatt and Kofi Kingston at the WWE Battleground pay-per-view this Sunday could see a last-minute change to a six-man tag match featuring Kingston and The Usos vs. The Wyatt Family.

– The Wyatt Family—Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper—are featured on the promotional poster for the Survivor Series.

The twenty-seventh annual pay-per-view takes place Sunday, November 24 in Boston, Massachusetts at the TD Garden.

– Tom Phillips, who has been commentating WWE NXT matches since last September, has been added to NXT talent page on WWE.com.

Prior to joining WWE last year, Phillips called basketball games for the Big Ten Network. He was a wrestling fan growing up as he watched “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, as well as Extreme Championship Wrestling since it was based in his hometown of Philadelpha, Pennsylvania.

– The official WWE website has a released a poll asking fans who is the most sadistic Superstar on SmackDown. With over 19,000 votes cast, Orton is leading the poll at 58%. Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose, Ryback and Alberto Del Rio trail.

According to one source, The Wyatt Family is currently considered a pet project of Triple H in WWE these days. The general consensus within WWE is that HHH is grooming the Wyatt Family for a big push, even more so than the one they are currently riding.

One report claims HHH is specifically grooming them for the spot that was one designated for The Shield. Apparently The Shield is about to be bumped down a notch or two in favor of the Wyatt’s.

Past pet projects of Hunter’s included Kharma and Sin Cara. The general feeling there is both of those projects bombed, so “The Game” is expected to go all out when it comes to getting the Wyatt’s over in a major way.
