More Divas Expected To Leave WWE, GAB Revisited, Heyman

– Maxine, whose real name is Karlee Leilani Perez, quit WWE last week due to frustration with her lack of upward mobility after being affiliated with the sports entertainment organization for over three years. F4Wonline.com reports she wasn’t the only female talent frustrated with her standing in the company and that some employees believe she will not be the last to leave on her own accord. This comes on the heels of Kelly Kelly taking a hiatus in order to return to modeling and see if she can land opportunities in Hollywood.

Maxine continues a trend that began last year of female talent opting to walk away from WWE, which includes Michelle McCool, Gail Kim, Maryse, Brie Bella and Nikki Bella.

Paul Heyman Posts Cryptic Tweet About Him & Brock Lesnar

Paul Heyman tweeted the following cryptic message on Monday night:

“@WWE #TheBossIsBack Yes, Brock Lesnar and I are indeed back. WHERE? Remains to be seen! Ahem …”

Triple H will be at Sunday’s No Way Out pay-per-view to address “his future, pending lawsuits against WWE and Brock Lesnar.”

WWE sources we’ve spoken to do not expect Brock Lesnar to be at No Way Out, but that could change by Sunday and it’s possible Lesnar’s appearance could be kept a secret until then.

Despite Lesnar’s ongoing issues with WWE, there are still plans for him to wrestle Triple H at SummerSlam on August 19th.

JR Blog: Orton’s Suspension, Heyman’s Twitter Rant, Lesnar-UFC

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with another blog update, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com.  Here are the highlights:

Randy Orton’s Suspension: “Amazed at the amount of questions we have received on Twitter @JRsBBQ regarding Randy Orton’s 60 suspension from WWE for a 2nd violation of WWE’s Wellness Policy. Not too sure what there is to not understand … Bottom line is that the business as always been about such things as “when one door closes, another door opens” and that “being in the right place at the right time” and both are still valid and viable in today’s ever changing world and that includes sports entertainment.”

Backstage Reaction To Randy Orton’s 60-Day Suspension

Paul Heyman’s Twitter Rant: “As @HeymanHustle pointed out on Twitter earlier this week and as I’ve mentioned here many times, talents need to become much more motivated and aggressive in obtaining meaningful exposure and then ‘maximizing their minutes.’ As the old sales cliche goes, one won’t get the order until one asks for it. To add to that cliche with another, one can’t sell goods out of an empty wagon. Translation…do what ever is necessary to professionally and legally get noticed and then be able to back it up once your number is called. There has never been a more opportune time for talents who have the drive, determination, ingenuity, and physical talent to elevate as roster depth at the top of the card is ripe for the pickings.”

Paul Heyman Rants & Gives Advice To Young Talent

Brock Lesnar Meeting With UFC Last Weekend: “What would I think of Brock Lesnar attempting to become a ‘two sport’ guy and perform in WWE and fight in UFC at the same time frame? I’d suggest that it would be ill advised and that it can’t be done on the highest level of each genre in an efficient manner. Obviously, a person could do it, theoretically, and enhance his earnings over the short haul but it seems as if it would be too taxing an issue on one’s body to attempt such a feat. I have no idea is that idea is even on Lesnar’s radar but we’ve gotten the question here a great deal. I’m not in touch with Brock and haven’t been for years so my take on the matter is merely one man’s opinion.”

Paul Heyman Rants & Gives Advice To Today’s Young Wrestlers

Paul Heyman went on an epic Twitter rant on Thursday night, talking about his amazing career in professional wrestling and what today’s young superstars must to do in order to become the next Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan or The Rock.

Chris Jericho Reacts To Paul Heyman’s Rant

Here is Paul’s rant in its entirety:

“I look at some of these [ECW] pics, and I realize how blessed I was in my career. Some guys have to wait forever for a lucky break. I managed @AustinIdolLive and Tommy Rich at the age of 21. Also The Orig Midnights, which I got to do on @ESPN. Got to book Windy City at 22 years old. Eddie Gilbert’s assistant booker at same age. Got to debut in WCW on TBS at 23 years old. So I was @JRsBBQ color commentator at 23 years old. NO ONE IS GIVEN THAT OPPORTUNITY IN TODAY’S ENVIRONMENT! I will admit, with all modesty, I #Hustled my ass off, and GOT MYSELF the opportunity with ambition, politics, and pure assertiveness.”

“Even “down periods” would give me the chance 2 work w/ people like Mean Mark. U know him as “The Undertaker”. At 26, I managed @SteveAustinBSR, Rick Rude,Arn,Eaton, Zbyszko … The Dangerous Alliance (didn’t forget @Madusa_Rocks). I’m working with these legends, these giants of the industry, these absolute top guys in my 20s. In today’s system, most super talented people spend a great portion of their 20’s just trying to make it onto the main roster. … and yes, that has to change. I got to take over the creative of #ECW a week after my 28th birthday. By the time I became @JRsBBQ commentator on @WWE #Raw in 2001, I was 35 years old. STILL a “kid”… … but I was already a veteran with decades in the business, and yet a 35 year old today would just be getting that chance. … and working with @JRsBBQ on #RAW allowed me to commentate Wmania 17 and @SteveAustinBSR vs @TheRock … By the time I worked with Brock Lesnar, which has become my best known managerial role, I was 36 years old … I look at some of these pics and videos #HustleTweeters send me, and I realize what an amazingly blessed career I’ve had …”

“I’ve had more lucky breaks, more open doors, more perfect-storm-timing-opportunities than anyone else I’ve known. These pics don’t just remind me of “accomplishments,” they remind me of what a lucky bastard I’ve been to be able to work with these magnificent people, and play these roles, under these various circumstances. I’ve hit the lottery so many times, it’s easy to just “expect” the next opportunity, or get a sense of entitlement. But I’ve never felt entitled. Always blessed. Privileged. Lucky as all Hell. And yet, I know how much hard work goes into it, and how you have to SCORE with your opportunities.”

“The next generation in this (or any other business) doesn’t just need to “Step Up,” they need to “Stand Up” and “Get Noticed!” Think it was easy for @CMpunk? Think it was easy for @WWEDanielBryan? They had to scratch and claw and fight for every inch of turf they could pry away from the previous generation, who made them fuckin’ earn it!!! It’s not about backstabbing. It’s not about kissing ass. It’s not about pulling a hot stunt and getting momentary publicity. It’s about creating your own opportunity (like @SteveAustinBSR did with “Stone Cold”) and working harder than every1 else looking for the big break, the next chance, the golden opportunity.”

“This isn’t a pep talk. It’s the lay of the land as I see it in today’s sports entertainment industry. I would have written a blog, but who knows if anyone will click on the link? And while this may be a “stream of consciousness” diatribe, it’s a message to those who may be getting frustrated, a message to those who may be wondering “will I ever get that chance? that break? that opportunity?” DON’T WAIT FOR IT TO COME TO YOU! RELY ON YOURSELF!!!”

“Do you think @SteveAustinBSR relied on anyone? Did HHH? Did @TheRock? Did Hulk Hogan? Did @CMpunk? With great humility, I ask you, did I? FUCK NO. If there was no opportunity, I created my own, pushed my way in manipulated the circumstances to beg, borrow, plead, blackmail, bribe, cajole, threaten, bullshit and/or manufacture. All I wanted was a mic in my hand and a time frame in which I had to deliver my message. I knew I would score. I’ve seen it in this business for ages. I saw @ShawnMichaels go from tag team wrestler to greatest all around in-ring performer ever. Think it was easy for him? I remember when Shawn and Marty were blackballed in the business, and could only work in Ala-fuckin-bama. Think it didn’t take @ShawnMichaels everything “and then some” to break out of The Rockers and get a chance as “HBK”?”

“AMBITION. ASSERTIVENESS … and the ABILITY TO BACK IT UP is what it takes to create the next generation of main eventers. The talent is there. The opportunity has never been more widespread. The need for new main eventers is readily apparent. “DOCILE” and “COMPLACENT” and “HUMBLE TO A FAULT” won’t cut it. While a dose of humility is always needed, that “main event confidence” is just as important. And it’s time for the next group of superstars to stake their claim and create their own generation for others to follow. Period. Excla-fuckin-mation point. The lecture is over. Pontification has ended. Hope I’ve been of help 2 ANYONE who follows this acct and maybe even to someone who doesn’t! We now return to our regularly scheduled nonsense, #HustleBootyTempTats, and shameless @HeymanHustle website links!”

Paul Heyman & CM Punk Teasing Something Big

– Paul Heyman has been getting some buzz on Twitter today, including some cryptic responses from WWE Champion CM Punk. Heyman tweeted on Tuesday afternoon, “It’s going to be one wild F’n year!”

Shortly after, WWE Champion CM Punk responded to the tweet by saying, “They have NO idea.” When asked by a fan if they could have a “clue” about what Paul Heyman and CM Punk were talking about, to which Punk replied, “Colonel Mustard.Conservatory.Pipe.” – a reference to the board game Clue.

Punk was asked by another fan, “@CMPunk will you be working with @HeymanHustle in the WWE this year?” Punk replied, “Last time we did that one of us quit!”

BusinessWeek.com has confirmed our recent report about WWE filing for new trademarks associated with the “RAW Active” interactive elements that will debut on the 1,00th episode of RAW (July 23rd):

“(WWE) has filed three applications to register ‘Raw Active,’ and ‘#Raw Active’ as trademarks. According to the database of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, WWE plans to use the marks in connection with fan-oriented online chat rooms and social networking. The applications were filed May 17. “

Concern Over Cena Being Worked Too Hard, Punk-SmackDown

– We reported earlier today that John Cena is booked for most upcoming SmackDown tapings through July. WWE Champion CM Punk will also be appearing on a lot of those shows.

While Cena and Punk will help add some needed star power to SmackDown, there is concern that both men (especially Cena) are being overworked. This has been discussed a lot behind the scenes lately, that WWE has been working its top performers harder than ever.

– A commercial aired on RAW for the new ECW DVD release that featured a voiceover from Paul Heyman. Heyman recorded his voiceover several weeks ago, possibly even before he agreed to return to WWE as Brock Lesnar’s legal representative.

Heyman was recently at WWE headquarters filming scenes for the new CM Punk DVD, so it’s possible he worked on the ECW DVD commercial then.

Video: Paul Heyman Interviews Mike Tyson About Jon Jones DUI

Brock Lesnar’s legal representative Paul Heyman landed WWE on the front page of ESPN and their hot-as-hot-can-be TRENDING section with a surprise “Breaking News” edition of The Heyman Hustle. (ESPN.com)

Heyman, who was not live at Raw this Monday, but was in Las Vegas, interviewed WWE Hall of Famer Mike Tyson on the recent DUI arrest and fall from grace of UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon “Bones” Jones.

So Heyman, who is now back on WWE television in one of the company’s top storylines, got a scoop no other member of the MMA media did – interview Mike Tyson about Jon Jones.

Check out the video of Heyman’s exclusive interview with Mike Tyson:

Heyman Endorses Cody Rhodes, WWE-Brazil Update & More

– Cody Rhodes is the latest WWE superstar to get the attention of Paul Heyman on Twitter. After re-tweeting several messages from the former Intercontinental champion, Paul heyman wrote the following about the second generation superstar:

“#NowFollowing @CodyRhodesWWE Hey, don’t follow him. Be stuck in the past. ‘Cuz the future will be Living Out The Dream!”

– After even more flight delays, the WWE RAW crew finally arrived in Brazil around 3am Eastern time early Thursday morning. WWE will hold its first-ever show in Brazil tonight from Sao Paul before heading to Ecuador for a live event tomorrow night.

– Jim Ross mentioned on Twitter that he was interviewed this week for the upcoming CM Punk DVD project that’s in the works.

– In a ruling that will affect WWE, TNA, UFC and boxing, Oklahoma’s state Attorney General ruled this week that the state PPV tax is unconstitutional. Up until the ruling, a percentage of every pay-per-view buy was taxed by the state.

JR Blog: Heyman’s Return, Punk vs. Bryan, Visiting Developmental

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with another blog update, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights of what JR wrote about:

Paul Heyman’s Return To WWE Television:

“Paul Heyman’s return is one of the more positive things to occur in WWE in a good while. As I have said over the years, Heyman’s TV persona is an easy one to dislike.”

“What makes Heyman so effective is that he doesn’t play the ‘role’ of a villain who has litigious tendencies. Plus, Heyman is a life long fan who now has the chance to essentially reinvent himself with this unexpected return to the genre. It will likely be his last return to the business if I had to make a wager.”

Visiting WWE Developmental This Week:

“I’m very excited about today’s trip and tomorrow’s work in Orlando. I’m like a kid on his first day at a new school. I don’t know what to expect but am excited to be ‘enrolled.’ The future of the WWE lies within the Talent Development program and I am blessed to be able to help in that area in any way that the company sees fit. My role has yet to be outlined but I think I can assist in many areas and I’m excited to devote my time and energies to helping develop the young stars of tomorrow.”

CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan This Sunday At Over The Limit:

“Can’t wait to see CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Title this Sunday night in Raleigh on PPV. Hope the Raleigh live audience is more emotionally invested that was the Greensboro audience a week or so ago. Punk vs Bryan should be off the page. I love their individual, in ring styles and, Lord knows, both men have paid ample dues.”

“Some day, Punk vs. Bryan has a potential ‘Ironman Match’ written all over it or perhaps even a ‘best of three’ series of bouts.”

WWE Keeping Cena Happy, PPV Pre-Shows, Heyman-Lesnar

– With the news of John Cena’s divorce becoming public last week, WWE officials are said to be doing whatever they can behind the scenes to keep John Cena upbeat and positive.

– WWE announced on RAW that Sunday’s Over The Limit pay-per-view will feature a 30-minute pre-show that will be broadcast live on Youtube.com. WWE was so impressed with the viewership numbers for the Extreme Rules Youtube pre-show last month that this will most likely become a regular feature each month.

WWE is making big money from their new YouTube partnership, so expect to see the WWE Youtube channel continue to post tons of videos.

– WWE’s website has a new storyline article up looking at Brock Lesnar’s lawsuit against WWE – and whether Paul Heyman’s involvement in the lawsuit has anything to do with his personal vendetta against the company. The article speculates:

“Following the abysmal ECW December to Dismember pay-per-view in 2006, a very public disagreement about who was to blame for the subpar show saw Heyman part ways with WWE either by resignation or termination, depending on whether you ask Heyman or WWE. Heyman remained publicly silent about his acrimonious split from WWE. Did Heyman sign a non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreement or was the Extreme mastermind simply biding his time until an opportunity for vengeance materialized or both?”

“From a business standpoint, as a representative of Lesnar’s, recouping even a small percentage of Lesnar’s seven-figure contract is a nice commission for Heyman. The question is: Does Heyman (who turned down multiple offers to return to wrestling during his five-year absence from WWE, indicating income is not an issue for him) relish suing WWE as personal payback rather than a pecuniary payday?”

Backstage News On WWE’s Plans For Lesnar vs. Triple H

Paul Heyman returned to WWE on Monday’s RAW to announce that Brock Lesnar has quit WWE. The original plan was for Lesnar to appear on last week’s RAW and quit himself – but the decision was made to bring Paul Heyman in instead.

It was widely reported that Monday’s RAW was rewritten several time throughout the day in the hours leading up to the show – and Heyman’s segment was one of the parts that was constantly being edited.

As for how the Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H storyline will play out, we can confirm that match is currently scheduled to be the main event of SummerSlam. Beyond that, there’s a lot of secrecy surrounding the feud, with only a limited few Vince & Stephanie McMahon, John Laurinaitis, Triple H and Brock Lesnar among those in the know. Even the WWE writing team is in the dark about how everything will fall into place.

Triple H At Mayweather Fight Draws Heat, Heyman Talks Usos

– There was a ton of discussion within WWE about Triple H accompanying Floyd Mayweather to the ring last weekend in Las Vegas.

Pictures of Triple H Walking Floyd Mayweather to The Ring

Earlier this year, WWE Champion CM Punk was forbidden from accompanying UFC fighter Chael Sonnen to the ring when he had a fight in Chicago, so it appears a double standard was in play. Part of the reason Punk wasn’t allowed to appear at the UFC show was because WWE management was concerned nobody would acknowledge Punk as a cornerman, which would hurt his perceived star power.

Despite WWE perceiving Triple H as a bigger name than CM Punk, Triple H did not get any mainstream media attention and was overshadowed by singer Justin Beiber, who was also part of Mayweather’s crew on Saturday night.

– Paul Heyman wrote the following on Twitter about WWE Superstars Jimmy and Jey Uso:

“Amazing seeing @WWEusos … remember, I haven’t been around for half a decade … The last time I saw these two, they were little kids doing splashes off the top rope in the Omni before the show when I managed their Dad. Yes, that makes me old, but I recognize TALENT. @WWEusos are talented. Time for these young Samoans to eat up the competition!”

WWE Confiscating Bella Twins Signs, Lilian Garcia’s Mold Free Diet

— At Tuesday’s SmackDown taping at the Roanoke Civic Center in Roanoke, Virginia, WWE had arena security confiscate signs referencing The Bella Twins at the door. The twin duo parted ways with the company last week.

— Kicking off a new era, the former Bella Twins changed their Twitter handle Wednesday to nicoleandbri and are now referring to themselves as Nicole and Brianna.

“#BellaArmy as you can see changes have been made! Spread the word that we are @nicoleandbri now! This officially starts the new #BellaEra,” the former WWE Divas stated.

— Lilian Garcia, who is working to raise awareness of black mold allergy, has written an article on the ailment for FitPerez.

She writes, “Have you ever heard the expression,”It’s a blessing in disguise?” Well that couldn’t be more true about the story I’m about to share with you. My name is Lilian Garcia and I’m a WWE Diva and musician. I’m the longest running WWE Diva the company has ever had. In my eleven years with WWE, my job has required me to look my best at all times. But because of what happened to me 17 years ago, hasn’t always been easy, yet I wouldn’t have it any other way. Allow me to explain.” (Full Story)

— Former WWE Champion John “Bradshaw” Layfield is pleased with Paul Heyman’s return to WWE. He tweeted, “Big fan, and friend, of Paul, he’s great talent and mind. Great move by WWE!”

— Via Twitter, Paul Heyman was asked to give his opinion on the best female wrestler. He responded, “Easy answer. @TheBethPhoenix. And she could rock in MMA, too.”

— WWE will hold a live event at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, Minnesota on Sunday, August 26.

— A photo of Brock Lesnar standing over John Cena is featured on the cover of the latest issue Power Slam.

Heyman Teases Punk vs. Lesnar, Laurinaitis-Big Show, WWE-Brazil

– Paul Heyman was asked by a fan on Twitter whether he’ll be wearing  his trademark baseball cap on WWE television. He replied,  “Not a chance. I’m beautiful and I know it!”

Heyman has been re-tweeting several messages from fans and colleagues since returning on Monday, including one where a fan suggested a CM Punk vs. Brock Lesnar feud.

– Continuing the feud from RAW between John Laurinaitis and the Big Show, Laurinaitis tweeted the following on Tuesday:

“Remember how I said I’d “consider” accepting @WWETheBigShow’s apology for making fun of me? I’m not quite sure he’s sorry enough.”

Considering Heyman’s strong ties to both men, it will be interesting to see the extent of CM Punk’s interaction with Heyman on television – and whether a Punk vs. Lesnar match will be the way WWE gets the title off Punk and onto Lesnar.

– WWE is advertising the following matches for their first-ever live event in Brazil (Sao Paulo on 5/23):

* CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho in a No DQ Match
* John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler
* Epico and Primo vs. R-Truth and Kofi Kingston

* Alex Riley vs. David Otunga
* Kelly Kelly vs. Rosa Mendes
* Michael McGillicutty vs. Curt Hawkins

JR Blog: Heyman’s Return, Austin’s Reality Show, Clay, Miz-Kofi

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with another blog update, which you can read in its entirety at JRsBarBQ.com. Here are some highlights of what JR wrote about:

Paul Heyman’s Return To WWE: “Paul Heyman’s return to Raw Monday night was a pleasant surprise. Heyman’s skills help add star power to the WWE’s franchise broadcast and his role of representing Brock Lesnar is art imitating life to some degree. Heyman’s promo was effective because Paul wasn’t playing a character that he did not ‘feel’ but instead was simply being himself…amplified. The promo was also ‘money’ because Heyman has a legit, emotional investment in the topic on which he addressed.”

Brodus Clay: “My wife is a fan of the ‘Brodus Clay Experience’ as I like to call it and I suspect that many females are. Clay beating a former WWE Champion Monday night was a positive step for the big man who reminds me at times of the Mid South version of the One Man Gang with a little, American Dream mixed into the recipe.”

Dolph Ziggler vs. Kofi Kingston form RAW: “Could have watched @HEELZiggler vs. Kofi Kingston compete for a much longer period of time Monday night. Both are rapidly evolving in my opinion but not as fast as some fans seemingly want. Patience isn’t so virtuous any longer.”

Steve Austin’s New Reality Show: “Congrats to Steve Austin @steveaustinBSR on his new deal with CMT to star in the new reality show Redneck Island. The new reality show is to begin airing in June and Steve is taping it now somewhere in Mexico, I think. CMT seems to be a nice fit for Steve on cable. For those asking, I do not know how those outside the USA access Country Music Television now known as CMT.”

Backstage News On Paul Heyman’s WWE Return

As we saw on Monday’s RAW from Greensboro, North Carolina, Paul Heyman made a surprise return to WWE as a representative of Brock Lesnar. In his first WWE television appearance since December 2006, Paul Heyman talked about how much things have changed since he last represented Lesnar 10 years ago, said the fans had betrayed Brock Lesnar and read a statement from Lesnar stating that he quit the company.

According to reliable sources, Heyman is scheduled to be featured on WWE television through August, leading up to a grudge match at SummerSlam between Brock Lesnar and Triple H. Paul Heyman will serve as Brock Lesnar’s on-air mouthpiece as a way to keep Lesnar a focal point of storylines without having to use up the limited dates on his contract.

As far as why he came back, it was described as a chance for him to do something new on a limited basis, get his name out, work with some close friends and make some money. At this time, there are no plans for Heyman to be involved in the creative process outside of Lesnar’s angles.

Heyman’s WWE return was put together in the last week and was not something that has been planned during Lesnar’s negotiations, which took place in March prior to WrestleMania.

What Happened After RAW, Heyman Says Lesnar Owed Millions

WWE.com has posted an exclusive video interview with Paul Heyman, who states that Brock Lesnar is owed millions of dollars by WWE.

– Brock Lesnar’s superstar profile on the WWE website has been moved from the RAW roster to the Alumni section, to sell the storyline that he’s quit the company.

– After Monday’s RAW from Greensboro went off the air, John Cena appeared in front of the live crowd and defeated Kane with the Attitude Adjustment in the dark match main event. Kane tried using a chair during the match but Cena prevented him from using it.

Cena got a huge pop from the crowd and had appeared “from Tampa, Florida via satellite” earlier in the evening during RAW.

Video: Paul Heyman Returns On Raw – Lesnar Has Quit WWE

Brock Lesnar was extended an invitation to explain his assault on Triple H on last week’s Raw SuperShow, but was nowhere to be found Monday night. Instead, Brock’s representative, Paul Heyman, came out to the ring to read a statement.

Heyman said Lesnar has been underappreciated by the WWE audience since day one, and that holds true with corporate management. Heyman also said that as the only man to ever win the WWE Championship, the UFC Heavyweight Championship and an NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship, Lesnar felt betrayed because his contract demands were not met.

Heyman said Lesnar asked him to appear on Raw and read the statement. In the written address, Lesnar took shots at Triple H, saying the WWE Chief Operating Officer is jealous of him, and expressed anger at how he has been treated. Heyman concluded his statement by saying Lesnar has quit WWE and “will never be coming back.”

JR Blog: Brock Lesnar, Michael Cole’s Commentary, Tag Teams

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with another blog update, which you can read in its entirety over at JRsBarBQcom. Here are some highlights of what JR wrote about:

Michael Cole’s Commentary: “I’ve been impressed with Michael Cole’s more balanced commentary recently. He’s the new voice of WWE w/o question. Our handshake at WM28 ended any personal issues that I may have had with him. End of story.”

WWE’s Tag Team Division: “I see WWE tag team wrestling taking positive steps forward in 2012. Go ahead, roll your eyes at will. The lack of overall talent depth, no territories, etc affects all areas of the genre whether some fans want to admit it or not.”

His Favorite Broadcast Partner: “Besides the King, my favorite broadcast partner, when looking at antagonists, is @HeymanHustle. He knew what buttons to push to get me to raise my game. I never played the role of an announcer and was always just myself, for better or for worse. Being real. Bobby Heenan was an amazing partner too but ‘The Brain’ was more funny than a villain. I’ve said it before, Bobby Heenan may well be the most talented, all around performer in the history of the wrestling business.”

Brock Lesnar: “Lesnar and WWE may be a marriage made in Hell but it’s a relationship that I, as a fan, want to follow. When we signed Brock back in the day we knew tht he was going to be a handful and he was. However, athletic freaks like him don’t grow on trees and, like many coaches, etc, we put in the time necessary to keep Brock headed in the right direction as best that we could. He’s stubborn, anti social, uber talented, and volatile. Time will tell where Lesnar’s latest foray into WWE life takes him but as for me, I’m staying tuned.”

Sin Cara Ready For His Return, More On Heyman-WWE

— As previously reported, Paul Heyman will be heading to WWE headquarters soon to work on the new CM Punk DVD. Last year, Heyman was interviewed for Steve Austin’s most recent DVD set. Both Steve Austin and CM Punk personally requested that Heyman be involved in their projects.

— Sin Cara will be returning to action on WWE’s upcoming tour of Mexico. An announcement was made on on the April 30th episode of RAW that aired in Mexico. During a recent media interview promoting his return, Sin Cara said he expects things to go a lot better for him this time around.

Sin Cara specifically mentioned that he’s used to working the “right side” of the body (as they do in Mexico, but not in WWE) – and he’s now much more comfortable working the WWE style.
