It appears that WWE is finally ready to pull the trigger on a a 4-on-4 Horsewomen feud. As many fans are aware, Ronda Rousey, Shayna Bayzler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir dubbed themselves the Four Horsewomen of mixed martial arts. WWE has its own unofficial Horsewomen group, comprised of Charlotte, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bayley.
With all four MMA Horsewomen under contract with WWE, it was just a matter of time before these two factions crossed paths. According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is planning for Ronda Rousey’s Horsewomen to battle the WWE Horsewomen at Survivor Series in November.
The two groups had a confrontation summer at a TV taping for the inaugural Mae Young Classic tournament. This was long before Ronda Rousey joined WWE. At the time, WWE planting the seed for a 4-on-4 feud seemed like wishful thinking at best. Much as changed since then.
A month before Survivor Series, WWE presents Evolution, the company’s first all-women’s pay-per-view event. Wrestlers from Raw, SmackDown NXT will participate in the historic show. This seems like a natural setting to jumpstart the hype to Survivor Series, but we’ll have to wait and see about that.
WWE Survivor Series takes place on Sunday, November 18th from Los Angeles, California at the STAPLES Center.
What do you think about a Horsewomen showdown at Survivor Series?
The former UFC women’s bantamweight champion signed with the company earlier this year. She burst onto the professional wrestling scene in April. Rousey teamed up with Hall Of Famer and RAW General Manager Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 34.
The pair of former Olympians defeated Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a Mixed Tag Team match. Rousey got her first singles nod for a WWE Title at the Money In The Bank (MITB) pay-per-view (PPV).
She challenged Nia Jax for the RAW Women’s Championship. Just when Rousey looked to be on the verge of winning the title, her match was interrupted by Alexa Bliss. Bliss, the MITB briefcase winner at the time, attacked both Jax and Rousey.
Bliss cashed-in her briefcase and left Chicago with the RAW Women’s Title. Rousey will get her shot at redemption this weekend. She’ll challenge Bliss for the RAW Women’s Title at SummerSlam from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Sunday.
Rousey recently did an interview with ESPN to talk about her WWE career. “The Rowdy One” noted that she’s absolutely loving her life in WWE right now. In fact, she loves it so much she’s thinking about prolonging her current run.
Upon initially signing on with WWE, the two sides agreed to a set timeframe for Rousey’s run. Now Rousey is thinking about prolonging that and said she understands why some people have such a hard time leaving the industry:
“I love this way more than I ever thought I would,” Rousey said. “We had a set timeline set, and now we aren’t so sure about it because I love it so much.
“I guess that’s the best thing that could’ve happened, that I would love it so much, it would be so hard to stop. I can see why people have a hard time leaving this industry because it’s such a joy to be a part of every day.”

This Sunday when WWE presents Summerslam, there’s a chance Alexa Bliss vs Ronda Rousey will close the show. Rousey is arguably the company’s biggest star at the moment and an all-female Summerslam main event would be another “first” the company would be able to showcase.
Current Raw Women’s Champion, Alexa Bliss, recently spoke to the Mirror UK about the possibility of closing the show on Sunday.
“You have the five-time WWE Champion going up against a UFC Hall of Famer. Why not let it be the main event?” Bliss asked. “I do I believe that with the women’s evolution going the way it is, then why not? But if not, then it is still great that I get to have a match with Ronda, who is making her SummerSlam debut.”
Alexa Bliss vs Ronda Rousey – Summerslam 2018
Bliss has been complimentary of Rousey since her debut earlier this year.
“I watched her UFC career and I do think she is what she is called, ‘The Baddest Woman on the Planet’,” Bliss continued. “She is at the forefront of women’s sports in general, she is tough and awesome and I am looking forward to our match at SummerSlam.”
Main eventing Summerslam isn’t enough for Bliss, however. The Raw Women’s Champion said her ultimate goal is to headline the biggest event of the year.
“But for me, the ultimate goal is to main event WrestleMania. That is the big one and is on all of the women’s bucket lists. It really is and would be the epitome of what this evolution is. I am also just happy to help continuing to elevate the women’s evolution.”
Ronda Rousey was understandably freaked out when she spotted a bat flying around ringside during Monday’s RAW from Greensboro, North Carolina.
Rousey kicked off the show to pay tribute to Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, who had passed away earlier in the day. After introducing Ember Moon, she was interrupted by RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and Alicia Fox. The heels came to ringside with a crew of four security guards. A scuffle ensued and Rousey made short work of the security guards.
While Rousey was standing at ringside during the Bliss vs. Moon match, a spotted a bat flying around the ringside area. Rousey was understandably freaked out and could be seen mouthing, “Oh my god” at the sight of the flying chiroptera. The match ended in a disqualification victory for Ember Moon after Alicia Fox interfered on behalf of Alexa Bliss. Rousey gave Fox a judo throw and cleared the ring to end the segment.
Ronda Rousey challenge Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship this Sunday at WWE SummerSlam.
Twitter user Malcolm Van Dalsem uploaded this video of Ronda Rousey reacting to the bat:
When Ronda Rousey first debuted in WWE she was worried fans would not support her. Although she has had her share of detractors throughout her career, the WWE Universe has been largely supportive and enthusiastic for Rousey’s pro-wrestling career.
“I really was not expecting it at all,” Rousey said to the associated press of the support she’s received from wrestling fans. “The WWE universe is very protective of their love and their art and they don’t want people flippantly coming in and disrespecting it and trying to capitalize off of it.”
Rousey would continue to talk about how she wanted to win over the fans’ respect.
“I wanted the WWE universe to know that this is something that is just as important to me as it is to them, and this isn’t a ‘get rich quick’ scheme for me,” she continued. “This is something I really, really care about and want to contribute to. Like, I really, really want the WWE to be better off because I was part of it, and I would love for that to come across to the fans as well.”
Ronda Rousey on Childhood Battle With Hypoxia
Rousey also spoke on how judo helped in her in her childhood battle with hypoxia, a condition which hinders speech.
“I had a speech/motor disorder called hypoxia growing up,” Rousey said. “It was very difficult for me to speak, so the way that I enjoy being able to communicate and interact with people is physically.”
“I was very shy to make friends and things like that, she continued. “If you’re doing something with somebody it’s easier to make friends.”
Ronda Rousey wants to main event WrestleMania. The final match of WWE’s biggest show of the year has never featured female competitors, but it no longer seems like such a far-fetched prospect. Rousey recently spoke with Sports Illustrated about her first few months as a WWE Superstar, working under Vince McMahon and her desire to continue breaking down barriers.
Rousey made her WWE debut at WrestleMania 34 back in April. Her tag match involving Kurt Angle, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon was regarded as the highlight of the event. Any concerns about her being “green” quickly fell by the wayside. Rousey shocked the world and showed that she might be the most impressive pro wrestling prodigy since Angle himself.
Rousey shared a nice anecdote Vince McMahon’s advice to her prior to WrestleMania. Vince told her to be herself and embrace her emotions. He also encouraged her to smile, because “the whole world wants to hug her” when she smiles.
Ronda Rousey: WrestleMania Main Eventer?
As mentioned earlier, Ronda Rousey helped steal the show at WrestleMania 34. Instantly, there was buzz that Ronda Rousey was destined to be involved when women headlined WrestleMania for the first time.
Rousey confirmed to Sports Illustrated that main eventing WrestleMania is a goal, but it’s currently just an abstract idea.
“It’s definitely a goal of mine to be one of the first women to headline WrestleMania, but who that would be against or even if that would be a possibility is yet to be seen.”
It remains to be seen how long it will take for women to break through that glass ceiling. However, when it does happen, you can bet Ronda Rousey will be front and center. Ronda Rousey challenges Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship next weekend at SummerSlam.

Matt Hardy’s recent cryptic tweets and the reveal of a nasty injury had fans worried that the former Hardcore Champion may be thinking of retiring from professional wrestling in near future.
However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer provided an update on the situation recently, revealing that Hardy will be getting new rehab treatment soon.
Regarding his status with the company, Meltzer said that those were not retirement tweets and instead they are a reminder that the Broken One will not be wrestling forever.
Ronda Rousey Sends Warning To Alexa Bliss
The main event of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw saw Ronda Rousey making her singles Raw debut. She faced Alicia Fox in the bout and defeated her in dominant fashion.
The former UFC Star was being interviewed in the ring after her victory when the Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss tried to attack her but Rousey countered and send Bliss into retreat.
Following the show, Ronda sent out a warning to the Raw Women’s Champion from her Instagram account as seen below, telling the former SmackDown Star that it was a wrong move to put Fox in front of her:
It was a good tune-up match before Rousey challenges Bliss for the RAW Women’s Title at SummerSlam later this month. The pay-per-view (PPV) goes down from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on August 19th.
Shortly after her victory over Fox, Rousey took to Instagram and issued a stern warning to her SummerSlam opponent, Bliss. Here’s what she had to say:
“You should dread every second of experience I get in that ring.
Consider what you saw last night merciful compared to what’s coming to you August 19th”
Xavier Woods Invites Tyler Breeze To Join The New Day
Last night was pretty embarrassing for Tyler Breeze. One-half of Breezango, Fandango, has been sidelined for the next several months with an injury. This leaves Breeze to fend for himself on RAW as a singles talent.
During last night’s episode of RAW, Breeze had a segment with Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns backstage. Breeze was denied a fist bump by the former Shield members:
SmackDown Live star and New Day member Xavier Woods offered a response on Twitter. He noted that Breeze could come over to SmackDown Live and join The New Day until Fandango is ready to return:
It's ok Breezy, come on over to #SmackdownLive and you can be in The New Day till Dango heals up ? we will appreciate you over on blue! https://t.co/LMzfJwP0IE
Former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey showed off a photo with fellow Four Horsewomen members – Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke, and Marina Shafir. All members of the group are currently under contract with the WWE.
Years ago, Rousey, Duke, and Shafir were dubbed MMA’s Four Horsewomen as an homage to the classic Ric Flair-led pro wrestling stable that started in 1985 and lasted through the late ’90s. You can see the photo here:
As seen on this week’s episode of RAW in Jacksonville, FL at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on the USA Network, the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion beat Alicia Fox in a singles match.
Ruby Riott Returns To Action
Ruby Riott is back on WWE television as she made her return and reunited with The Riott Squad on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Jacksonville, FL at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on the USA Network.
If you recall, she had been out of action since suffering a MCL sprain in her left knee when she worked a match against Dana Brooke in late June. Following her return, she spoke with WWE.com where she noted that for the past few weeks, she had been at home and watching the shows where she has seen women’s division attempt to teach her squad a lesson.
What are your thoughts on Riott’s return? Sound off in the comment section.
Ronda Rousey can now say that she worked a match on the flagship show of the WWE, Monday Night RAW.
As seen on this week’s episode of RAW in Jacksonville, FL at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena on the USA Network, the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion beat Alicia Fox in a singles match.
Rousey has competed on live events and pay-per-view thus far in her career with the WWE. She is slated to challenge Alexa Bliss for the WWE RAW Women’s Championship at the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view event that takes place on Sunday, August 19, 2018 in Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center and will air on the WWE Network. Ronda Rousey vs. Alicia Fox is likely to headline tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW from Jacksonville, Florida.
Rousey vs. Fox will be the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion’s first match-up on Monday Nights. Given Fox’s real-life issues with Rousey’s husband from several months ago, it’s an interesting selection to welcome Rousey to the RAW ring to say the least.
Per Cageside Seats, Rousey is expected to win her match against Fox in impressive fashion to close out the show. “The Rowdy One” will challenge Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship at SummerSlam later this month.

Rousey’s WWE Run
Rousey debuted inside the WWE ring at WrestleMania 34 this past April. She teamed up with Hall Of Famer and RAW General Manager Kurt Angle. The pair of former Olympians defeated Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a Mixed Tag Team match. The bout arguably stole the show.
A few months later, Rousey returned to pay-per-view (PPV) competition, this time challenging Nia Jax for the RAW Women’s Title. The match went down at the Money In The Bank (MITB) PPV. At one point, Rousey was on the verge of winning the title.
Just before she could lock in her signature armbar, however, MITB briefcase winner Alexa Bliss attacked both women and cashed-in. Bliss pinned Jax for the win and left Chicago RAW Women’s Champion.
Now Rousey will get her shot at vengeance when she takes on “Little Miss Bliss” on August 19th from the Barclays Center.
Rousey and Bayley’s banter is in reference to a simmering rivalry between WWE’s Four Horsewomen (Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Bayley, and Sasha Banks) and the Four Horsewomen of MMA (Rousey Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke). Both groups had a confrontation behind the scenes at the Mae Young Classic last year (sans Sasha, who was doing a media tour in Australia), but WWE didn’t follow up on it.
– On Saturday, it was exactly 21 years ago Lex Luger beat Hollywood Hogan on WCW Monday Nitro, making “The Total Package” the first WCW competitor to defeat the nWo’s leader for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.
If there was ever any doubt regarding Ronda Rousey’s wrestling-fandom, it was squashed during her recent appearance on the Stephen Colbert show.
While she was on the show to promote her appearance on Shark Week, her use of wrestling lingo made it clear what she spends most of her time doing these days.
Stephen Colbert – “Nice to see you again. We met briefly backstage at the Apollo theatre when Conan was in town.”
Ronda Rousey – “Yeah, I marked out pretty hard, I’m sorry.”
Stephen Colbert – “You what?”
Ronda Rousey – “I marked out, I..”
Stephen Colbert – “What’s ‘mark out’?”
Apparently, only Stephen Colbert and Harrison Ford have had this effect on her.
Ronda Rousey vs Alexa Bliss
Raw Women’s Championship
SummerSlam
While Ronda Rousey may be busy preparing for SummerSlam, she has her first single’s match on Raw next week. Rousey is scheduled to face Alicia Fox.
As for Fox, she’s just returned from a broken tailbone. The injury caused her to miss the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble earlier this year. She defeated Natalya this week on Raw in her first single’s victory since January.
Meanwhile, Alexa Bliss has had nothing but positive things to say regarding her upcoming title challenger.
“I was very impressed with her match against Nia Jax, and also her match at WrestleMania with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H,” Bliss said to the Cheap Seats podcast. “It was just awesome. I am very proud of her and it’ll be fun to see where things go with that.”
When Rousey was confronted with the positive comments from Bliss, she wasn’t fazed, however.
“She had nice things to say about me?” Rousey asked TMZ reporters. “Aw, that’s like the opposite of two-faced – she’s being mean in my face and nice behind my back. What do you call that? It’s still two-faced in a way, I don’t know.”
Its been a while since we’ve seen Nia Jax on WWE TV.
Jax’s last appearance came at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view (PPV). She lost her RAW Women’s Title rematch against Alexa Bliss. The RAW women’s division has since been dominated by a feud between Bliss and Ronda Rousey.
Next month at SummerSlam Rousey will challenge Bliss for the RAW Women’s Title. During last night’s episode of RAW, Jax Tweeted out the following – likely in response to being left off the show again:
Jax worked with Rousey at the Money In The Bank (MITB) PPV earlier this year. It was Rousey’s first WWE Title match of her career. Just when it looked like Rousey was on the verge of winning the title, Bliss attacked both women and cashed in her MITB briefcase.
She left Chicago as the new RAW Women’s Champion, setting up her current feud with the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion.
It was only just a matter of time and now that time has come as former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey is slated to make her in-ring debut on the flagship show of the company, WWE Monday Night RAW.
As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Miami, FL at the AmericanAirlines Arena on the USA Network, Kurt Angle announced in a backstage segment that Rousey would take on Alicia Fox in a singles match on next week’s episode of RAW in Jacksonville, FL at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena.
WWE is advertising Rousey for the following dates including live events:
– WWE Live Event: August 3rd in Augusta, GA
– Monday Night RAW TV Event: August 6th in Jacksonville, FL
– Monday Night RAW TV Event: August 13 in Greensboro, SC
– WWE SummerSlam: August 19 in Brooklyn NY (RUMORED)
– Monday Night RAW TV Event: August 20th in Brooklyn NY
– Monday Night RAW TV Event: August 27th in Toronto, CA
– WWE Super Show-Down: October 6th in Melbourne, AUS
Former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey took to her official Twitter account to hype tonight’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW in Miami, FL at the AmericanAirlines Arena.
The show will feature Rousey make her return after being suspended to further hype her feud with RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and the return of WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar as he hypes his title defense against Roman Reigns at the SummerSlam pay-per-view event. She wrote the following:
On Monday, July 30, 2018), Triple H took to his official Twitter account to announce several upcoming NXT live events.
The black-and-yellow brand will do a four-day tour starting in Buffalo, N.Y., at Buffalo River Works on Thursday, Sept. 6. The other events take place at Stage AE in Pittsburgh on Friday, Sept. 7, and the Packard Music Hall in Warren, Ohio, on Saturday, Sept. 8 and finishing up at the Royal Oak Music Center in Detroit on Sunday, Sept. 9
NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa, NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Undisputed ERA, Ricochet, Kairi Sane, Aleister Black, Johnny Gargano, EC3, Velveteen Dream, Bianca Belair are all advertised for the show.
Tickets for the events go on sale at NXTtickets.com starting this Friday.
Ronda Rousey and the Rock appeared together at WrestleMania 31, 3 years before Ronda would have her first WWE match at WrestleMania 34. The Rock and Rousey were promoting the upcoming Expendables movie at the time.
Rousey will also appear in the upcoming movie, Mile 22. While promoting the movie, Rousey was asked if the Rock gave her any advice about her movie career.
“No, not really. Just have fun, really,” she said. “The object is to have fun.”
She would also comment on Alexa Bliss, fan response to her matches thus far, and her WrestleMania experience.
Chris Van Vliet commented on how when Ronda was leaving the interview room, he let her know he would be interviewing Alexa Bliss shortly. Rousey was then quoted as saying “Tell Alexa I’m going to kick that stupid pink hair right off of her head.”
Ronda Rousey On Fan Response To Her WrestleMania Match
She was also asked about fans who were surprised her match at WrestleMania went as well as it did.
“Going into any new career like wrestling or acting or anything like that, a lot of people assume you can only be really good at one thing,” Rousey said. “And that if you master one thing you will never be able to master anything else as well.”
Rousey would continue to say there were low expectations from fans about how well she would do at WrestleMania. She also stressed it is hard to learn something new while the world is watching.
“There was a lot of low expectations going into things,” she continued. “It’s harder to learn while with the world watching.”
Rousey’s first match was at WrestleMania but she’s now up to 9 total matches now, 7 of which were on house shows. Not surprisingly, she is a perfect 9-0 thus far. Her two matches on WWE pay-per-views came at WrestleMania when she teamed with Kurt Angle to defeat Triple H and Stephanie and then at Money in the Bank when she defeated Nia Jax via disqualification after being attacked by Alexa Bliss.
“It helps me improve even quicker that my first match was at WrestleMania,” Rousey continued.
Cris “Cyborg” Justino has called for a fight against Ronda Rousey for years. However, it won’t take place inside of the Octagon under the UFC banner but it could happen inside of a WWE ring.
The UFC women’s featherweight champion recently said in an interview with TMZ that she would be willing to fight Rousey in WWE when asked if a WWE run was a possibility after her MMA career ends. This is where she admitted that it wasn’t something planning for but would be open to the possibility.
“You know some fans ask me that like, ‘how crazy would it be to fight Ronda Rousey in WWE?'” Cyborg said. “To watch the fight that never happened. I say maybe, you know. It’s not something I have planned but if it’s something the fans would like to watch. I didn’t train for that, but I think it would be great.”
Cyborg would continue by stating that she has seen the WWE product before as she attended a few shows and that it would be cool to compete against Rousey in the company.
“It’s like acting more,” Cyborg said of the difference between WWE and UFC. “It’s very different too because when you’re fighting [in UFC] when somebody punches you have to show like you don’t feel anything.”
She added that in the WWE when someone punches you, you have to act like you’re hurt and it’s different from MMA.

Mojo Rawley Shows Off Nasty Bruise
Last night (Mon. July 23, 2018) on Monday Night RAW, Mojo Rawley defeated Tyler Breeze in singles competition. Rawley shared a nasty bruise on his leg after the match on Twitter, but said he isn’t worried about it because he’s “undeterred”:
“Undeterred. Gonna take more than just a little bruise to hold me down. I’m undefeated with this little bruise. 4 wins in a row with this little bruise. On to bigger & better things with this little bruise. I’m too focused to take a knee.”

Alexa Bliss will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey at SummerSlam. Bliss was a guest on the Cheap Seats podcast and gave her opinion on Rousey’s WWE run so far.
“I am absolutely impressed, Bliss said. “She does really well at her facial expressions, which I appreciate because I am really big on facial expressions. It is really easy to appreciate the fact that you know she has been hit before, and you know that pain, you have that emotional connection to her one way or another when you watch her perform. I was very impressed with her match against Nia Jax, and also her match at WrestleMania with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, it was just awesome. I am very proud of her and it’ll be fun to see where things go with that.”
Alexa Bliss On Babyface Move-sets and Heel Move-Sets
Bliss has her detractors who say her in-ring work is not as good as other athletes on the roster. She believes, however, this is only because she is a heel and utilizes a less crowd-friendly move-set as a result.
“I don’t, but here’s the thing, I’m a bad guy,” Bliss stated. “Who likes a bad guy that does a lot of flashy things? You know what I mean? It is my job to be hated, so if that means coming in when the opportunity is right and cashing in on other people’s misfortunes in the ring that is what I am going to do.
“Now, when I become a good guy are people going to see a brand new skill set from me? Absolutely. Right now, my job isn’t to wow the crowd with my in-ring ability,” she continued. “My job is to be hated, which is what I love to do. My job is to be hated because people get that much madder when I win a title because they talk about me not being able to wrestle in the ring—I can, but I am choosing not to, and the fact that when I win and they are getting angry that only means that I am doing my job that much more.”
Travis Brown, MMA fighter and husband of WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey, is open to stepping inside a WWE ring.
The 6’7″ 243-pounder spoke with TMZ this week and commented on the possibility of crossing over to the world of sports entertainment.
“I’ll never say no, but we’ll have to see, really,” said Browne. “This is Ronda’s time in the WWE. She’s killing it, she’s taking over the world. She took over the UFC, she’s taking over the WWE, she’s gonna continue to do whatever she wants to do.”
Browne then said he would love to compete in a mixed tag team match with his wife and would not turn down the opportunity to do so, if WWE pitched the idea.
“I’ll never say no to the possibility of going out there and wrestling. I’d love to go out there and work with my wife. That’d be so much fun. A mixed match? Oh yeah. That was her at the WrestleMania. It’d be fun. I wouldn’t say no.”
Travis Browne’s professional MMA record is 18-7. His last fight took place in July 2017 at UFC 213. Following a submission loss to Oleksiy Oliynyk, UFC President Dana White said, “I think that Travis should retire.”
Check out Travis Browne’s comments to TMZ about teaming with Ronda Rousey in WWE:
Former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey has her next big match under the WWE banner set as she is slated to challenge RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss for the title at the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view event.
As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Buffalo, NY at the KeyBank Center on the USA Network, Rousey attacked Bliss and Mickie James despite the fact that she’s supposed to be suspended from WWE events.
With this feud going on for over a month now, Rousey has her sights set on winning WWE gold once she steps foot inside of the ring next month. She wrote the following on her official Instagram account about the fact that Bliss needs to be aware of the countdown to SummerSlam is on:
“#August19th your day of reckoning has been set, see you at #SummerSlam @alexa_bliss_wwe_ #rawwomenschampionship.”
Bobby Lashley continues to rack up big wins in the WWE as he beat Roman Reigns at Sunday’s (July 15, 2018) WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view event then scored a win his triple threat match against Seth Rollins and Elias on this week’s episode of RAW that earned him the right to take on Roman Reigns next Monday night on RAW to determine who will face Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.
After the match, Lashley took to his Twitter account to react to the big win by writing the following:
WWE has officially announced that Ronda Rousey will be competing at the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view event.
As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW in Buffalo, NY at the KeyBank Center on the USA Network, the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion attacked RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and Mickie James in the ring.
This led to RAW General Manager Kurt Angle later revealing that as a result of this attack, Rousey’s suspension has been extended by one week but that she would take on Bliss for the RAW Women’s Title at SummerSlam.
Rousey was supposed to be off WWE television as she serves a 30-day suspension but despite being suspended, she has worked all of the events that she is advertised for and even made an appearance at Sunday’s (July 15, 2018) WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view event in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the PPG Paints Arena on the WWE Network where she got involved in the RAW Women’s Title match between Bliss and Nia Jax.
SummerSlam takes place on Sunday, August 19th from Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center. The dual-brand event will air live on the WWE Network and select pay-per-view providers.
– WWE has launched a new line of T-shirts that are specifically designed to enhance a women’s figure.

Ronda Rousey is no longer advertised for next week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.
This has fans speculating as to why WWE pulled her from advertisements for the show. As of writing, WWE has yet to make an announcement on the change.
She has already confirmed that she plans to sit in the front row to watch Alexa Bliss defend her RAW Women’s Title against Nia Jax at this Sunday’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view event in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the PPG Paints Arena on the WWE Network.
Once it was revealed that WWE pulled her from next week’s RAW, the assumption is that Rousey being in the crowd at Extreme Rules as a fan will possibly see her suspension being extended.
