– Konnan, who is always vocal about WWE on his podcast and on Twitter, feels a number of WWE Superstars should be removed from television—due to poor performance and/or lack of marketability. In response to a fan on Twitter asking him which two talents should be written off television, he responded with eight, including reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel, all three members of 3MB, and three WWE Divas.
“Brad Maddox, JoJo, Rosa, 3MB, Axel, Aksana, would write dem off,” said Konnan.

Mexico pro wrestling legend Konnan recently spoke about Michael Hayes having heat with several wrestlers and employees in the WWE these days during a recent edition of his MLW Radio show.
Konnan had the following to say about Hayes, including rumors that he may soon be replaced:
“I was a huge Michael Hayes fan, Freebirds fan, when I was growing up, when I used to watch him in Atlanta. Every time I’ve seen Michael, he’s always been very cool with me backstage. But having said that, I will say this, he does have a ton of heat with people. I do know a couple people that told me that if they got fired they would kick his ass before they left the company. And I just found out today that he did get mega heat I guess for having drinks with Rosa [Mendes]. So much so, that he might be replaced. Boom.”

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch appeared on The Undisputed Wrestling Show on Thursday, where she discussed the start of her career in the professional wrestling industry, Chris Candido, Paul Heyman swindling her, her upcoming autobiography, and more.
Earlier this week, former WWE creative writer Court Bauer revealed on the MLW Radio podcast that senior producer Michael Hayes was unofficially suspended by WWE for being spotted consuming alcoholic beverages with Rosa Mendes shortly after the Diva performer returned to work following her completion of a rehabilitation program for issues with substance abuse—Mendes returned to the road in August after being sent home in April from a European tour for what was cited by WWE to multiple wrestling news outlets as “personal reasons.” Yesterday, WWE appeared to confirm the report by issuing the following statement to wrestling news outlets: “Michael is taking a leave of absence for personal reasons.”
Sytch, who too addressed her longstanding issues with substance issue in the past year, weighed in on the situation with the following: “I think he is way out of line. As a recovering alcoholic myself, the last thing you want is for somebody to offer you drinks when you are trying to stay sober. If he did that then shame on him.”
Sytch spoke for approximately 75-minutes (listen here). To visit their Facebook page, click here.
Baurer said of Hayes in his podcast, “Because of this lapse in judgment, he was told he’d be basically suspended from school for a few weeks. He’s not going anywhere; he’s still in the company. He’s still very much involved, so it’s not the end of Michael Hayes.”
It is rumored that WWE official Michael Hayes has been suspended by WWE for giving alcohol to WWE Diva Rosa Mendes just days after she returned from work and underwent treatment for alcohol dependency.
Former WWE writer Court Bauer recently revealed on the MLW Radio Show that Hayes is taking time off from WWE to deal with “personal issues.”
Hayes had been working directly with Triple H on booking live events. During his absence from WWE, former WWE Superstar Brian “Road Dogg” James has been taking on a bigger role behind the scenes. Aside from working TV tapings and live events, James is also working a lot at WWE headquarters and attending creative meetings. Most WWE superstars like the idea of James being part of the creative process, since he’s been in the business for decades.
WWE has yet to release a statement regarding Hayes’ absence.

According to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the WWE Diva was in a rehabilitation center during her time away from the road. The publication added that many people within WWE believe that she fabricated a story last year where her then-fiancé, former WWE talent Steven Slocum (a/k/a Jackson Andrews), had physically abused her, and compounded with her latest ordeal, her employment status was considered on thin ice.
After arriving at San Antonio International Airport on August 5, 2012, an intoxicated Mendes, whose real name is Milena Roucka, contacted the San Antonio Police department to file battery charges against Slocum for a domestic issue that took place at their home in Las Vegas, Nevada, prior to her flight. Roucka told officers “that she was afraid her fiancé would try and kill her” and “the abuse had been an on-going thing.” Police on the scene took photos of Roucka’s body, which showed scratches and bruising from the incident.
Regarding April’s issue, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Roucka had been “partying too much on the tour,” with one company source describing her as “a mess.” PWInsider.com noted that the WWE Diva has a history of similar issues, which prompted company officials to send her home.
Roucka subsequently addressed the matter on Twitter, writing, “Just wanted to let all my #Mendesluverz that I’m ok. I had to take care of some personal matters. Thank you for all your support. Love you.”

According to this week’s issue of the Wrestling Observer, the 33-year-old had been “partying too much on the tour,” with one company source describing her as “a mess.” Talent and other employees were under the belief that she would probably not rejoin the company on the road for a while, but that she has not been suspended.

Mendes addressed the matter Monday afternoon via Twitter, writing, “Just wanted to let all my #Mendesluverz that I’m ok. I had to take care of some personal matters. Thank you for all your support. Love you.”
Mendes manages the real-life cousin tandem of Primo and Epico, and is considered the star of the group due to her appearance and charisma.
