WWE RAW superstar Charlotte recently revealed in an interview with SI.com that she plans to headline a pay-per-view with three specific people. The former Women’s Champion says her next career goal is to face Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Bayley in the main event of a PPV.
“I want to headline a pay per view, and I want it to be the fatal four-way with the Four Horsewomen,” Charlotte said of her plans for the future. “The last time I cried was watching the Women’s Revolution on WWE Network a couple of weeks ago when they asked Bayley if she felt left out of WrestleMania [32], and she said, ‘No, I felt a part of it, because even though it was the three of them [Banks, Lynch, and Charlotte] there, it took the four of us to get to where we are.'”
Charlotte feels that her greatest opponent thus far has been Becky Lynch, and compared their rivalry to Ric Flair and Sting’s.
“Becky is my Sting,” said Charlotte. “She is a white meat, pure babyface. There is no gray area. She’s my size, she’s hard-hitting, and we’re best friends.”
Charlotte is scheduled to appear at Monday night’s RAW at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA.
On Monday’s RAW, Roman Reigns accepted Rusev’s challenge to a United States Championship rematch at Hell in a Cell on 10/30. Reigns declared the title bout will take place within the confines of the demonic structure.

This is a 20-year low for a non-holiday broadcast, and the second lowest including holidays. RAW’s final rating was 1.97, up from last week’s 1.88, although this is the first time WWE RAW has come in below 2 for back-to-back weeks since the 1990s.

– It looks like the Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte Women’s Championship match might not be taking place at Clash of Champions after all. WWE’s website staff was recently told to remove all references to the SummerSlam rematch, according to f4wonline.com. Charlotte is still featured on some of the PPV artwork, but the match has been pulled from the Clash of Champions event page.
Last week on RAW during Sasha’s “bad news” promo, she told Dana Brooke, “Let [Charlotte] know that at Clash of Champions, that title is coming back to me.” Charlotte responded:
That's not bad news… I look forward to beating you again, but this time, I'll put you out for good ? @SashaBanksWWE #BowDown#Raw
The WWE website’s RAW results from last week now states Charlotte “might have to contend with a fully-healthy Boss at Clash of Champions.” We should know more on the status of the bout after tonight’s RAW. It’s worth noting that Sasha did wrestle against Charlotte during last week’s overseas tour, losing each match to the champion.
– Now that Alberto Del Rio is officially gone from WWE and taking bookings elsewhere, a few people behind the scenes in WWE have pointed out that Paige is currently in the same situation that AJ Lee was facing when CM Punk left the company. It appeared at one point last week that Paige was on her way out. She has retained legal representation, but she is still under contract. It’s a developing story that we will stay on top of – but the big difference between Paige and AJ Lee’s situations is that Del Rio left on good terms while Punk certainly did not.
Sasha Banks’ promo from Monday’s RAW where she teased “bad news” about her in ring future did not sit well with a lot of the talent backstage, according to the Wrestling Observer. It sounds like most of the heat is on the company for scripting the promo, not Sasha Banks herself.
In light of the career-ending injuries sustained by guys like Daniel Bryan, Edge and Tyson Kidd, Sasha Banks teasing that her back injury was very serious came off as tasteless. All three are very well liked, with Bryan and Edge’s retirement speeches playing off real-life emotions and their lifelong dreams coming to an end.
There were some comparisons to made to Mark Henry’s fake retirement angle, but that was not based on a life-threatening injury.

Sasha Banks delivered some “bad news” on Monday’s RAW, but thankfully it was not bad news about the injured back that’s kept her out of action over the past several weeks.
Sasha returned to RAW to make a big announcement, which she teased as “bad news.” She looked nervous coming to the ring and delivered an emotional speech about how far the women of WWE had come. No more bra and panties matches, no more stupid butterfly belt. “We did it.” She met with her doctors earlier in the day and got an update on her medical condition. Just as she was about to reveal the big news, she was interrupted by Dana Brooke. Dana came to the ring and attacked Sasha, who got the upper hand and delivered her Banks Statement finisher. She then took the microphone and announced that she’ll be returning to the ring at Clash of Champions in a rematch against WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte.
WWE Clash of Champions takes place on Sunday, September 25th from Indianapolis, IN. As announced earlier in the evening, WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens will defend against Seth Rollins in the main event.
Meanwhile, Charlotte did not waste any time responding to the news. The reigning queen of the RAW Women’s division told Sasha that she’s ready for their rematch and plans to put Sasha out of her misery once and for all.
That's not bad news… I look forward to beating you again, but this time, I'll put you out for good ? @SashaBanksWWE #BowDown#Raw

Sasha Banks recently spoke with SI.com’s Justin Barrasso and revealed big dreams for her WWE future, including the cover of the WWE 2K18 video game. She said:
“I’ve accomplished so many of my dreams already, but main-eventing WrestleMania is a dream. Also, I want to be on the cover of the 2K game next year–bye bye, Brock. The sky is the limit, and there is no limit to my dreams.”
Sasha Banks also believes her story with current Women’s Champion Charlotte is far from over. She commented on the number one thing she’s learned in WWE:
“Patience is key. You can’t get selfish, and that’s the number one thing I’ve learned at WWE. The world continues to go round, and I just knew–given the right opportunity and the right moment–that the world would know I was good, but now the world knows that I’m great.”
The Fairfield, California native says everything came together for her once she moved to Boston. “I joined a wrestling school, and it was the same wrestling school I remember emailing when I was twelve and they told me I was too young. Then, there I was at 18, walking through the doors to this fantasy camp and I was the only girl. I walked in and thought, ‘I got this,’ and I got it. They gave me three months of free training, and they helped a little Mercedes KV turn into ‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks. That’s why I love Boston so much, it’s home. I got the phone call for my tryout in Boston. Boston is home, I love it.”

According to sources, her opponents have been told to be careful with her in the ring. The decision was made last week for her to drop the title and take time off.
Shortly after her loss to Charlotte, fans on social media were quick to point out that WWE is no longer advertising Sasha Banks for upcoming live events. The next WWE live event that Sasha Banks is advertised to appear at is September 23rd from Moline, IL. Obviously, surgery would have kept her out of action much longer than a month.

Sasha Banks is expected to return to the title picture when she returns to action in late September.

One of the more surprising moments at WWE SummerSlam came when Charlotte defeated Sasha Banks to reclaim the Women’s Championship. The impact of Sasha’s 27-day title reign ending was compounded when news broke that The Boss has been pulled from upcoming WWE live events.
While there was a lot of speculation on social media regarding Sasha’s situation, we can confirm Sasha Banks has been dealing with a lower back injury. The call was made last week that she’d drop the title at SummerSlam and take time off to recover.
WWE has acknowledged the injury, but they’re incorporating it into the storyline by stating it occured at SummerSlam. The WWE.com preview for tonight’s RAW includes:
“Sustaining a lower back injury during last night’s match, The Boss refused to give up despite excruciating pain, and Sasha will undoubtedly display that same tenacity in her quest to reclaim the crown jewel of Raw’s Women’s division. How will she retaliate against Charlotte tonight?”
WWE also posted this video on Twitter of “the moment that changed everything” for Sasha Banks:
The next WWE live event that Sasha Banks is advertised for is the September 23rd live event from Moline, IL. The one-month timeframe of her time off is what fueled the initial buzz on social media that she might have been dealing with similar ‘issues’ as Paige, Del Rio and Eva Marie.
