(Spoilers) WWE SmackDown Taping Results For This Week

The following are results for this week’s WWE SmackDown, courtesy of F4WOnline.com:

WWE SmackDown

BigShow comes to the ring with a letter he reads. He apologizes for what he did (or not did) on Raw. Triple H music hits. He thanks Show for apologizing and tell him he’s not gonna fire him but only suspend him for the night without pay, adding that it wouldn’t be a big deal for anyone, but as we all know, Show is broke.

As Show was leaving, The Shield’s music hits. They attack Show in the ring, but Show has the upper hand. He then goes to the outside and stands on the commentators table. After he had outmuscled the three men, he jumps from the table to shoulder block one of The Shield. They go back to the ring but Reigns attacks him with a chair. Some pretty good shot to the back and elbow. They end it with a triple power bomb to end the segment.

Alicia Fox, Oksana and Layla b Brie Bella, Natalya and Naomi by DQ after AJ, who was at commentaries, interfered in the match. Eva Marie, Nikki, JoJo, Cameron were all ringside.

Vickie Guerrero says that she needs to do what’s good for business, therefore, she announces a dancing contest. R-Truth is the first contestant. Then Fandango shows up with Summer Rae. The Miz, with an afro, calling himself Mizco Inferno. And finally the Great Khali. R-Truth does some break dance, Fandango his usual dance, The Miz tries to shake some ass, but splits up his pants in doing so and Khali his usual. The Miz wins the contest. Fandango asks them to leave his ring, but gets attack by Miz and Truth.

They redo the ending of the Divas match. As Natalya is in position for the Sharp Shooter, AJ gets in the ring for the DQ. Instead of leaving the ring as she did the first time, she stays in and gets both Brie and Naomi finishers and as Natalya was about to do her sharp shooter, the non-Total Divas girls make the save. I don’t know why the redo the spot, the only thing I see is that AJ was supposed to stay in the ring and be saved by the other Divas. The magic of Smackdown!

Ryback does a backstage interview with Robert Evans, who says he’s coming from Ottawa, and Ryback ends up slapping the heck out of him. Evans is ROH’s RD Evans and CHIKARA’s Archibald Peck.

Elsewhere backstage, Vickie tells Ricardo Rodriguez he’ll have a match against Alberto Del Rio with RVD in his corner later tonight.

Santino Marella b Damien Sandow

Not a long match, he won it with the Cobra strike. Great reaction for Santino though.

Michael Coles brings to the ring Curtis Axel and Paul Heyman. Heyman talks about Punk and Night of the Champions PPV. He says that no matter what happens Sunday, if it’s the last time he can speak in front of the WWE Universe, he wants people to know that he’ll always love CM Punk but will never forgive the fans. Fans answered back with a “Na na na hey hey goodbye chant”. Ahhh, Eastern Canada crowd!

Alberto Del Rio b Ricardo Rodriguez

Almost a squash match. He beat him with an inverted superplex. After the match, Del Rio put an armbar on his former announcer and RVD made the save.

Dean Ambrose b Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler does his 10 elbow drops spot. Good match. Ziggler sells for Ambrose a lot. After Ziggler hits the famouser to Ambrose and goes for the pin, Reigns and Rollins make the save. The Usos then came to Ziggler’s rescue. Vickie shows up and announces a 6-man tag right here, right now. The finish saw one of the Usos doing a couple of superkicks to both Reigns and Rollins. He tries a splash for the top rope, got the knees by Rollins who school boy him for the win.

Final segment. Cutting Edge with Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan.

Edge says that he’s been asked by Triple H to do a Cutting Edge because that’s what good for business. “Good for business” chant.

Edge asks the first question. How does it feel to be a sellout? Edge adds that the fans know what is good for business.

Bryan says that he doesn’t care what’s good for business. The most important things in his mind have nothing to do with what’s best for business. The WWE title is his dream and nothing is more important.

Orton says he’s gonna make Bryan’s dream happen tonight and attacks him. Edge leaves the ring, but Bryan turns the attack into a Lebell lock until the referees come to stop it.

After being off the air, Edge comes back to the ring, does a promo to the cameraman inaudible for the crowd. He laughed with Bryan and leaves.

Dark main-event
Daniel Bryan b Randy Orton

As Bryan had the Lebell Lock on, The Shield got in, followed by Kofi, RVD and Ziggler. They all attacked The Shield. Good match actually, looking good for this Sunday.

Biggest pop
Daniel Bryan
Edge
Santino Marella
Natalya

Biggest heat
Vickie Guerrero
Heyman/Axel
The Shield
Del Rio

Best match on Smackdown
Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler/The Shield vs Ziggler & Usos

Best match of the evening
Antonio Cesaro vs Kofi Kingston

(Spoilers) WWE Main Event Taping Results For This Week

The following are results for this week’s WWE Main Event, courtesy of F4WOnline.com:

Dark Match

Tyson Kidd b Bo Dallas in a non-title match

Bo was heavily booed and did a promo saying it was good to be in Montreal (we’re in Ottawa)

Decent match, Kidd won it with a his diving neck breaker.

WWE Main Event

Kofi Kingston b Antonio Cesaro acc. Zeb Colter

Kofi did some highfly on the outside. Big “maple syrup” chant towards Zeb. Believe it or not, that sign got taken away by security!

There’s a “We want Maryse” sign, the Miz at commentaries saw it and really had a good laugh!

Kofi with a lot of offense. Cesaro with his European uppserput, but Kofi kicks out at 2. Cesaro with his giant swing. He actually turned 39 times. Got great reaction from the crowd. Cesaro follows with a clothesline, for 2. Kingston finally wins with his Trouble in Paradise. Good match. Worth watching Main-Event just for that.

Sweet T and Brodus Clay are at commentaries Prime Time Players b 3MB (Slater and Mahal)

O’Neil won with his Clash of the Titus on Mahal.

Big E. Langston b R-Truth

At one point, Truth did a scary dive to the outside, almost going head first. Big E wins with the Big Ending. Not much of a match.

He also noted his desrie to get Austin Aries to join their group, so that they would have even more control of the Bound For Glory Series tournament. (Spoilers) WWE SmackDown Taping Results For August 16, 2013

The following are spoiler results from this week’s WWE SmackDown television taping. The show, which will air Friday on SyFy, was taped before a live audience on Tuesday, August 13th in San Jose, California.

WWE SMACKDOWN SPOILERS (AIRDATE: AUGUST 16, 2013)

-Lilian Garcia comes out first to a nice reaction from the fans in San Jose. Out next were the announce team, which consisted of Michael Cole and JBL.

-The SmackDown show for this week opened with The Wyatt Family coming out to the ring. The Wyatt Family received an enormous pop from the crowd. We see a video package, highlighting the history of the Wyatt Family feud with Kane. After the video package, Bray Wyatt cut a promo while sitting in his rocking chair in the middle of the ring. Out of nowhere, Kane’s pyro exploded and he appeared behind Wyatt. Kane proceeded to attack Wyatt, however the numbers-game caught up with Kane, and the three-on-one beatdown began. The Wyatt Family beat Kane down and left him laying in the ring to end the opening segment.

-Christian defeated Damien Sandow via Pinfall. Christian picked up the victory with a roll-up for the 1-2-3. After the match, Christian hit Sandow with a spear. This led to Alberto Del Rio coming out and attacking Christian from behind. Del Rio tells Christian he will never win the World Heavyweight Championship again. As Del Rio attempted to continue the onslaught on Christian, setting him up for his Cross Arm-Breaker finishing hold, Christian managed to escape and reverse it into the Killswitch. Christian then left Del Rio laying as he had the upper-hand.

-We shoot backstage and new WWE interview girl Renee Young is with Rob Van Dam. Van Dam talks about the United States Championship match he’ll have against current champion and Shield leader Dean Ambrose at the WWE SummerSlam Kickoff Show this Sunday. RVD is then joined backstage by Mark Henry and The Big Show. Apparently all three will team up tonight to take on the trio of Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns – The Shield.

-A.J. Lee and Layla defeated Kaitlyn and Natalya via Pinfall. The finish in this Divas Tag-Team match came when current WWE Divas Champion A.J. hit Kaitlyn with a running knee to the temple for the 1-2-3.

-We shoot backstage again, and this time Young is with Ryback. Ryback cut a short promo and then out of nowhere decided to attack some random producer who happened to be walking around backstage. Ryback beat the guy up for no apparent reason other than the fact that he’s a bully.

-Rob Van Dam, Mark Henry and Big Show defeated Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns via Pinfall. Was said to be a very good match that was given a lot of time to play out. RVD worked his ass off in this one. Crowd ate up every minute of it. The finish here came when Big Show hit Ambrose with the Knockout Punch, which led to Van Dam coming off the top-rope with the Five Star Frog Splash for the 1-2-3.

-The Miz defeated Jack Swagger (with Antonio Cesaro and Zeb Colter) via Pinfall. At one point during the match, the referee ejected both Cesaro and Colter from ringside, forcing them to head to the back and leave Swagger alone with Miz in the ring. The finish came when Miz rolled up Swagger from behind for the 1-2-3.

-Curtis Axel (with Paul Heyman) defeated Zack Ryder via Pinfall. The crowd went nuts for Ryder, to the surprise of nobody. Was said to be a pretty damn good match. The finish came when Axel hit Ryder with his Neckbreaker Finishing move for the 1-2-3. After the match, Paul Heyman cut a promo. We don’t have a lot of specifics on the promo, although Heyman’s focus was about how Punk would lose this Sunday at SummerSlam to “The Beast,” who is also “The Best” – Brock Lesnar.

-Daniel Bryan defeated Wade Barrett in a No Disqualification Match via Pinfall. A whole lot of action went down in this match, which served as the main event of the evening. Early on in the match, Vince McMahon came to ringside. As Bryan had Barrett in the Yes! Lock submission hold, McMahon interfered and pulled the referee out of the ring before he could call for the bell to give Bryan the win. This allowed Barrett to gain the upper-hand in the offensive momentum of the match. McMahon called out Brad Maddox to the ring, and Maddox came down with a referee shirt on and entered the ring. Barrett hit Bryan with his finishing move, The Bull Hammer, but Bryan managed to kick out of the pinfall attempt that followed. As McMahon started to take the referee shirt off of the original referee, Mike Chioda, the wonderful sound of Motorhead hit the louder speakers, as Triple H made his way to the ring. This led to Bryan putting Barrett through a table. Bryan then followed up with a flying headbutt off the top-rope and HHH, who will serve as the referee for the Bryan vs. John Cena main event at SummerSlam this Sunday, made the count. 1-2-3. Bryan wins. After the match, the WWE Championship Money In The Bank briefcase owner, Randy Orton, came out to the top of the stage and stared down Bryan as the show went off the air.
