Tammy Sytch Probation Revocation Hearing In Two Weeks

Sytch is scheduled to appear before a judge on 8/23/18 in Carbon County, PA. Sytch is no stranger to breaking the law and will face the consequences of her actions.

The Charges

Originally, Sytch was incarcerated in New Jersey but was transferred to PA due to the charges and not completing her parole in PA.

Sytch has three separate charges in PA.

5/30/15 Sytch was heavily intoxicated at a Wal Mart in Mahoning Township, PA. She had a BAC of 0.25% at the time of her arrest.

6/1/15 Sytch was pulled over in Leighton, PA for driving under the influence, failing to stop at certain lanes and had open containers of alcohol in her vehicle. She had a BAC of 0.3%.

6/20/15 Sytch is charged this for crashing into a ditch.  Sytch claimed the gps instructed her to make “a sudden turn” but did reeked of alcohol when making the statement. She refused to take a breathalyzer because she was “hurt” by the accident.

Sytch was sentenced to five years of prison but was given the choice to attend rehab(which was sponsored by the WWE) and attend 200 hours of community service and was to report to her parole officer.

Sytch violated her parole by getting arrested in New Jersey earlier this year, and not completing her parole.

The Verdict

PA police reports are stating that the court is ruling to deny Sytch any more parole or rehab and could face up to five years in prison for DUI arrests and other charges.

Update On Ex-WWE Star Sunny (Tammy Sytch) Following Recent Arrest

Tammy Sytch, also known as Sunny in WWE, remains incarcerated in Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold, New Jersey after being arrested on Feb. 27 on charges of two counts of fugitive from justice and six counts of contempt of court.

The official website of the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office currently has her listed as an inmate (under the name Tamara Sytch), with bail set at $6,000.

In an update from previous reports, PWInsider is reporting that Sytch is facing even more legal issues in the state of Pennsylvania. According to Carbon County Court officials on Thursday, a motion was made to revoke her parole last August due to multiple violations of the terms of her release the prior February.

After the motion was filed, Carbon County Court Judge Joseph Matika ordered Sytch arrested on a bench warrant so that she could return before him to face sentencing. However, Pennsylvania authorities were unable to locate Sytch until she was arrested in New Jersey, where she was flagged as a fugitive of justice. Authorities were unable to find her because she moved out of Pennsylvania.

While it was previously reported that Sytch would be extradited to Pennsylvania before facing her latest charges in New Jersey, Carbon County Court officials said that she will remain in New Jersey until her legal issues in the state are resolved. Once that happens, she will be handed off to Pennsylvania authorities to face Judge Matika.

TMZ Sports reported on Mar. 2 that Sytch was arrested for DUI on two separate occasions a few weeks before her latest arrest. She had been on probation for three DUI arrests in 2015.

Sytch was arrested for DUI in New Jersey on Jan. 23 at 8:53 p.m. She was then involved in an automobile accident on Feb. 2 at 8:52 a.m. and cops say she fled the scene. Sytch was tracked down and cited for DUI, as well as leaving the scene of an accident.

She was then charged with failing to appear in court for either of the two arrests, which led to her latest arrest.

Sytch, who turned 45 years old in December, has been arrested several times over the years. In 2012, she was arrested five times in a four-week span, for disorderly conduct, third-degree burglary, and three counts of violating a protective order. She was arrested a sixth time in January 2013, also for violating a protective order. She served 114 days in jail and was released in May 2013 (this all happened in New Jersey).

In January 2016, Sytch pleaded guilty to driving while under suspension in the state of Pennsylvania. On August 18, 2016, Judge Matika sentenced her to 90 days in jail but counted her 97 days in rehab as jail credit. On Sept. 23, 2016, 18 days into her probation, Sytch was arrested for violating her parole. The arrest was due to three DUI arrests in Pennsylvania in 2015. Sytch remained in jail on these charges through her arraignment in January 2017. She was fined $1,496.45 for the remaining charges and released on Feb. 3, 2017.

Sunny Reveals Her Plans After Getting Out Of Rehab

Tammy Sytch (a/k/a Sunny), who recently completely a long stint in a rehabilitation program sponsored by WWE, plans to get back to work in front of a webcam.

The WWE Hall of Famer claimed to TMZ Sports that during her stint in rehab, she received more than 5,000 emails from fans requesting “some private time” on Skype. The 43-year-old charges $100 for 10 minutes in front of the webcam.

Fans can still see Sytch in person as she is ready to hit the road. The former WWE Diva says she’s scheduled for convention appearances and that she will be “sober this time.”

Sytch posted the following on Monday on Facebook regarding her long stint in rehab — at $40,000 per month, which WWE covered for the final two months.

Just to clear up any assumptions or speculations, yes, I have been in rehab for alcohol for the past 95 days. I chose to go on my own accord after having the worst relapse I’ve ever had in June of 2015. I have done a few rehabs prior, for a month at a time, and trust me, a month is not enough, So this time I gave it 3 months. And it was the best decision I ever made. The people at Retreat at Lancaster County in PA and Mountainside Treatment Center in CT gave me the courage, strength and hope to change my life for the better. The last three months have been filled with counseling, yoga, mediation, hikes, camp-outs, ropes courses, Equine therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Culinary Therapy, Spiritual Enhancement and Religion (yes, I now practice both Christianity and a little Buddhism) — all of this has made me a better person. I had some serious health issues that are now on the mend, and my recent diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is being managed. I am eternally grateful to the 2 treatment centers, my family, friends, fans, and the WWE for all of the support I have gotten. I encourage anyone and everyone who has any type of substance abuse problem to seek help—it’s the best thing you can do, and it will save your life. God Speed and NAMASTE…..

Sunny Reportedly In Rehab

Hall of Fame Diva Tammy Sytch (aka Sunny) — has finally checked into a rehab center after being arrested for DUI three times in 2015.

Sources have told TMZ Sports that Sytch has reached out to friends in the last month or two, letting them know she was finally going to get sober. Although before she checked in to the rehab center, sources say Tammy was telling friends and family that she was hopeful her rehab stay would help avoid or “offset” possible jail time for the 3 DUI cases. Sytch’s will be sentenced for the DUI’s in May.

ProWrestlingSheet.com spoke with Tammy’s sister about the rehab center. She described the center as a “retreat that focuses on the body and mind while using holistic approach offering, yoga, music therapy, art and holistic supplements to help the body heal.”

Tammy Lynn Sytch has been in the news quite a bit recently, when it was reported that she had struck a deal with Vivid Entertainment for an adult film. Sytch entered the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2011

Tammy Sytch Proven Right By Pawn Stars Error

One of the strangest stories this week involved The History Channel’s hit series “Pawn Stars” about the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada. One of this week’s new episodes, “First Lady of Pawn,” was advertised for last night with this description by Zap2It and anyone using their channel guide services:

WWE Hall of Famer, Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch, brings in her Hall of Fame ring; Corey checks out a 1927 Essex Sedan rat rod; an 1891 $1 silver certificate.

You can still see that description in the listing on LocateTV. Other guide providers, like TV Guide, just referred to it generically as just a WWE Hall of Fame ring being brought into the shop. Sytch, when asked on Twitter, angrily denied she’d be on the show, including after a fan showed a picture of the on-screen guide from his cable/satellite box:

https://twitter.com/TheRealCDT1/status/701887267472855041

She even went off on wrestling website writers who cited the guide listing (perhaps unfairly, since it being so wrong is pretty unusual):

Given her history as of late (including the storyline where her trying to sell the ring turned into her doing porn when she shot the video close to a year before she “put the ring up for sale”), not everyone believed her, to say the least. Well, the segment aired last night, and it turns out she was telling the truth:

It was some third party selling Paul Bearer’s ring. What exactly the miscommunication was, nobody knows as of yet. Being that it was only on one guide data provider’s listing, it makes you wonder if someone at Zap2It just guessed for some reason stemming from the publicity stunt Sytch pulled about selling the ring to promote her pornographic videos.

Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s Adult Film Has Been Released; Book Coming Soon

According to a press release from Vivid Video, “Sunny Side Up,” the pornographic video starring Tammy Sytch, is now available on their website. The release had been hyped with an elaborate media campaign centering around Sytch trying to sell her WWE Hall of Fame Ring, Vivid (run/founded by long-time wrestling fan Steven Hirsch) offering her $100,000 for the ring if she’d do  a sex video, and Sytch accepting. As we first reported about two weeks ago, this was all an elaborate storyline, as Vivid accidentally released the trailer before the entire angle played out. The video seems to have been shot sometime during Spring of 2015, as various people, including Dave Meltzer, have noted that she told them over WrestleMania weekend that she was signing some kind of lucrative contract.

The press release also mentions that Sytch has an autobiography, “A Star Shattered,” coming out this weekend from Riverdale Ave. Books. A 2013 article from the New Haven Register says that she wrote the book while in jail for assaulting her ex-boyfriend and violating multiple protective orders.

Here’s the full press release from Vivid:

Update On Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s DUI Charges

Former WWE star Tammy “Sunny” Sytch plead guilty to DUI charges in Pennsylvania in January. The charges include a May 30th arrest when a police officer witnessed her “driving erratically” into a Wal-Mart parking lot. Sytch was supposed to be sentenced on January 29th in Carbon County Court, but due to her lawyer filing updated information regarding errors made in their original plea filings, Sytch will wait until March 28th to find out her sentencing.

Two other charges Sytch is pleading guilty to stem from arrests on June 1st and June 20th: DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+). The June 1st arrest came after being pulled over for a vehicle violation and state police determined she was under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested again on June 20th after crashing her car.

Sunny is currently under contract to Vivid Entertainment to star in an adult film. The trailer is already online here.

Tammy Sytch Sex Tape Already Filmed; Offer Exposed As Storyline

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAJZ85kpcP0

As has been covered here the last few days,Tammy “Sunny” Sytch and adult film production company Vivid Video have gone back and forth in the media stemming from Sytch putting her WWE Hall of Fame ring up for sale on eBay. Vivid then went to TMZ, saying that they’d give her $100,000 for the ring…and a 90 minute sex tape. From the outside, it looked like the type of grandstanding that TMZ often reports on, just a case where it  appears more likely to happen than usual because of whatever Sytch has been promising to show fans on Skype as of late.

While TMZ is now reporting that Sytch just signed a contract with Vivid, it turns out that this is just an angle. How do we know? The video has already been shot.

SEScoops was sent a link (not safe for work, but we made sure you get a warning first in case you accidentally click) within Vivid’s website featuring the trailer for the video, which s titled “Sunny Side Up,” None of that is safe for work or appropriate for embedding here, even censored, but if you want proof in the event if the page being removed, this screen grab that we were sent of a disclaimer from the video has no such issues:

Tammy Sytch Sunny Side Up disclaimer (Vivid Video)

Tammy Sytch Sunny Side Up disclaimer (Vivid Video)

It seems like the decision was made that this would be the best way to promote the video, by virtue of getting an ongoing storyline going on TMZ that would more and more attention as it went on. There had been rumors within wrestling that the video had already been shot several months ago, but there was never anything close to concrete proof. Sytch had spent the last year or so openly shilling Skype video chat sessions with fans on social media for the last year or so. The posts/tweets were usually accompanying by photos of her in lingerie. Those who emailed her got a reply that went something like this one that Jerry Wiseman published at Examiner.com:

Hey!

I’ll be Skyping tonight after 7pm eastern time

It’s $10 for every 4 minutes of regular chat

$50 for 10 minutes with some skin (boobs)

$100 for 10 minutes to see a whole lot more ?

Let me know if you’re interested, and I’ll give you payment info

Once payment comes thru, I’ll contact you to set up a time

It’s a lot of fun! And you can do whatever you want on your end

Tam xoxo

We have no idea if Vivid will pull the trailer when this story goes up, but it’s been archived elsewhere if they do. If the $100,000 figure is real, that’s considerably less than she was offered by Playboy at the peak of her pro wrestling career.

Tammy “Sunny” Sytch Pleads Guilty To Multiple DUI Charges, Will Be Sentenced On 1/29

WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch pleaded guilty to multiple DUI-related charges in the state of Pennsylvania.

The “Original WWE Diva” plead guilty to a DUI charge for her arrest in Mahoning Township, Pennsylvania on May 30, 2015. This was the situation where she was arrested after she was seen crashing into a curb in the parking lot of Wal-Mart.

Sytch also plead guilty to charges of DUI – General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely and DUI – Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+) and BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense. These charges stem from her arrest on June 1, 2015, where she was pulled over by police for a vehicle code violation, and on June 20th, where she was arrested following yet another automobile accident.

Tammy Sytch will be sentenced on January 29th at 9am EST. in Carbon County.

Trailer For New Chris Candido Documentary, Tammy “Sunny” Sytch Lashes Out At Candido Family

A documentary on the life and career of the late Chris Candido is set to be released sometime in 2016, and an extended trailer is now available above. Mick Foley, Balls Mahoney and Shane Douglas are among the wrestlers interviewed for the project.

Following news of the project, Candido’s long-time girlfriend Tammy “Sunny” Sytch lashed out at the Candido family on Twitter. She was not asked to be part of the documentary.

Sytch accuses Candido’s brother of being a drug addict, and claims she has never used a recreational drug in her life. She went on to say that “no one loved [Candido] more than [her].” Her claims contradict numerous first-hand stories from wrestlers on YouTube (1, 2, 3, 4) about her cheating on Candido, sometimes in exchange for recreational drugs.

Here’s what she had to say on Twitter:

In addition to her Tweets, Sytch also took to her Facebook to air out her frustrations with being excluded from the documentary:

a message to all of Chris Candido’s family and friends: Go watch the trailer, that his drug addict of a brother made.. it is all bullshit. They NEVER supported him, in anything he did, unless they could gloat about his WWF status… and get free tickets…. I WAS THERE! I lived it with him for 16 years. I was there for the good and bad, and horrible… He died doing what he loved to do. And for 10 years now, I get blamed for not getting him to the hospital soon enough, while the doc reassured me there was nothing I could do. Shame on me. Fuck you all who think otherwise… those who know me, and him, know the REAL story.. so go support a false documentary about his life….and make the family that didn’t give a shit about him, money…..sad bastards, the are. If you remember correctly, I have NEVER tried to profit off of his death, while many others have… MANY! So many “memorial shows”..where did that money go?? not to me!! not to pay his outstanding bills??!! Nowhere, but to the ‘promoter’s pocket’ I wasnt even given an option on his burial… i was told he was being cremated, and had no say b/c we weren’t legally married,,, yeah, that was my “family”.. fuck them all…. Tamara Lynn Sytch

After overcoming his addictions and signing with TNA, Candido passed away in 2005 when a freak in-ring injury lead to a blood clot in his leg.

We reported in the past that a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch in Carbon County, Pennsylvania after missing a third hearing on September 3rd for her May 30th arrest.

As noted, Sytch was pulled over in a Walmart parking lot after police saw her hit a curb, which led to a DUI charge, careless driving charge and a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Sunny currently has a December 1st pre-trial conference scheduled and if no deal is reached by then, she will go before a jury trial on December 7th.

Regarding Sytch’s other cases, she has a preliminary court date scheduled for October 7th in regards to her arrests on June 1st and June 20th. There she will be facing charges of DUI, failure to stay in her lane, careless driving and driving without a license.

Sytch claimed via social media this past weekend that she was not given a DUI for the 6/20 accident, noting that she actually had a seizure behind the wheel while driving.

Sunny Fires Back At Dr. Tom Prichard For Calling Her “Nasty” & “Not A Nice Person”

As reported on Sunday evening, Dr. Tom Prichard, formerly of “The Body Donnas” alongside “Skip” (Chris Candido) and “Sunny” (Tammy Sytch). According to Prichard, Sunny could be “nasty” at times and she was considered to be “not a nice person.” Sunny wrote the following response on Facebook:

“Finding out more and more how FAKE some people have been to my face for a 20 year period, whom I thought were friends, almost family. That’s OK. Just WAIT til you see how I AM to YOUR face the next time I see you….. Not gonna be pretty. ?#?TalkBehindMyBack? ?#?PhonyToMyFace? ?#?NoBallsToBeReal? ?#?Pussies? ?#?You?’llGetWhatsComingToYou”

And she also posted these comments:

“The LAST thing I am is fake or phony to anyone.. Everyone that knows ME knows that. I’m brutally honest, and tell it like it is. If I don’t like you, I don’t have a relationship with you. Period. I don’t act like your friend, because I’m not.”

Sunny Trashes Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch

Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch has been among the most outspoken individuals in the professional wrestling industry and she furthered that reputation Monday night by offering her controversial opinion on the three newest members of WWE’s Divas roster, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Charlotte.

While watching Monday Night Raw, she posted the following on her personal Facebook account:

cQ7FS50

The WWE Hall of Famer garnered a mixed response from her Facebook friends, with those defending the trio touting their wrestling skills. Sytch said in response to those people:

“you guys dont get what a diva should be.”

“ive never been a fan of womens wrestling.. leave it to the men.. and my opinion of how someone looks is my opinion… as if no one has ever judged me??”

Sytch, however, was complementary of one WWE Diva.

Jim Ross Blog: Sunny Porn Rumors, TNA/Destination America, Kevin Owens

WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross recently updated his official blog with some of his latest thoughts and comments. Below are some of the highlights.

On tonight being the last ever RAW at Nassau Coliseum: “Hard to believe that after all these years that this will be the last Monday Night RAW ever held at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island, New York. This arena has amazing significance in WWE history and certainly was one of my favorite arenas in which to work largely because of it’s heritage plus it was a nice, easy drive from my home in Connecticut back in the day. I hope the fans that are in attendance know the significance of tonight and I’d love to see WWE show some Nassau Coliseum highlights throughout the three hour broadcast. I’ve already set my DVR to watch the show later tonight.”

On the TNA/Destination America situation: “Still confounded about the debacle that is the TNA/Destination America train wreck and still awaiting something from the network that apparently isn’t renewing TNA come September. I hope that the promotion is keeping their talents and the talent’s families informed as to what is going on regarding this unfortunate matter. Leadership at the top in both organizations is crucial during these days as rumors and finger pointing seemingly is running rampant. Unfortunately, it seems as if TNA is at yet another crossroads and I’m hoping that they come out on the ‘other side’ better than they were when this matter exploded last week.”

On Kevin Owens and John Cena: “If there is another John Cena and Kevin Owens segment tonight on RAW, and obviously there has to be, Owens needs to retain his ‘heat’. He’s not ‘over’ yet and needs momentum going into the Elimination Chamber. Loved what I saw out of these two last week.”

On Tammy Sytch porn rumors: “Contrary to what some have asked me on Twitter @JRsBBQ I have not been conversing with Sunny on Twitter about the possibility her doing porn. That ‘s a faux JR Twitter account she thought was me, apparently. We haven’t communicated since her WWE HOF induction and I find it none of my business if she does or does not decide to make a porn movie. It’s not against the law and people have to do what they can to earn a honest living. It’s an undesirable trait of many in the entertainment businesses that performers get themselves into a situation that they have to do things that they normally might not do to pay their bills after their ‘run’ has concluded. It takes me back to my ‘Plan B’ philosophy that so many talents rolled their eyes at when I used to preach that philosophy. Nonetheless, I wish Sunny the best no matter what her decision might be.”

Tammy “Sunny” Sytch Says She’s Close To Signing Porn Deal, Has One Small Hang-Up

Although she was once denying the rumors, WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch appears to have changed her tune regarding the rumors of a potential porn deal with Vivid Entertainment.

Sytch addressed the rumors of signing a “monster contract” with the top adult film company, as she wrote the following on her official Twitter account on Wednesday.

“To clear the air, I am NOT doing a porn… I have been approached by Vivid Entertainment, but nothing has been negotiated or put on paper.”

Just a few days later, Sytch was singing a different tune when talking with celebrity-gossip website TMZ.

The former WWE Diva told TMZ that she is 60/40 in favor of signing a deal with Vivid. The story claims that the hold-up is Vivid’s boss insisting on a scene being shot in a pro wrestling ring, a concept that Sytch feels is played out.

The article also notes that her 27-year-old boyfriend doesn’t mind if she does adult films as long as he gets an advanced screening, and Sytch doesn’t care who her co-star is, “as long as he’s hot.”
