  • The Undertaker Booked For Monday’s RAW, Segment Possibly Cut From SmackDown

    – WWE is advertising The Undertaker for Monday Night Raw in Greenville, SC. PWInsider.com reports that the creative team’s decision to add The Undertaker to Monday’s show, which is the go-home show for Survivor Series, was just made on Tuesday at the SmackDown tapings.

The Undertaker and Kane are advertised to face two members of The Wyatt Family in a tag team match at Survivor Series, but Bray Wyatt has yet to reveal which two members of the Wyatts will be in the match.

    – A copy of Thursday’s episode of WWE SmackDown has surfaced online, and it reportedly does not show The Undertaker’s segment with King Barrett. This could mean it was just a dark segment for the live audience at the taping in Manchester, England. The pirated copy of the show cuts to a backstage promo then a commercial right where the ‘Taker segment would have been.

    – In an update from yesterday’s WWE SmackDown television taping in Manchester, England, it appears that The Undertaker and King Barrett segment in the middle of the show was actually a dark segment for the live crowd. As noted, the segment began with Barrett talking about the Wayne Rooney incident from RAW and ended with The Undertaker coming out and hitting him with a Tombstone piledriver.

    – As noted, Triple H and Corey Graves recently appeared as Christopher Nowinski’s Concussion Legacy Foundation’s 8th annual Impact Awards in Boston, Mass. and presented the foundation with a check. That check was for $1.5 million. You can check out photos from the event at WWE.com.

  • Jim Ross Blog: What He Doesn’t Like About The WWE Title Tourney, More

WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross updated his official blog at JRsBarBQ.com with his thoughts on the beginning of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, as well as other subjects stemming from Monday’s taped edition of RAW. Below are some of the highlights.

On what he likes about the ongoing WWE title tournament:

“I like the fact that this is a 16 man tournament but still single elimination IE a sudden death type format inasmuch that the winners advance and the losers take a seat. That part I like.”

On what he doesn’t like about it:

“The presentation of the WWE Title Tournament did not feel special to me. I was let down by how it was presented which affects how it is going to be perceived. What’s more important in WWE than the WWE Heavyweight Title? NOTHING!!

The tournament has some unique entrants that likely would have not have been there if not for injures and the number of stars that work part time or have to be protected as it relates to being entered in the tournament. I’d hae thought that every healthy body would have wanted to throw their name in the tourney hat.”

On who should win the tourney:

“Still feel the next WWE Champion should be a disciple of The Authority which gives that heel much needed resources in a variety of ways to help establish taking unfair advantages and having a crutch to lean on while navigating the road to WrestleMania where I’d suggest Brock Lesnar will be waiting. Still of the mindset that Reigns is the guy to put in that position. Lots of great heat can be derived between November to April along with roadblocks for Lesnar and Heyman.”

    On The Undertaker and Kane:

“Good close with the Brothers of Destruction making their return felt and perhaps to the degree that the heel’s (Wyatt’s) heat has been beaten largely off of them. Nonetheless I think it’s a good way to extend the shelf life of both Taker and Kane by putting them in tags.”

On his problem with the WWE Divas:

“Divas, not a great term IMO, need to not be booked like Divas but like the men and given enough time to tell a compelling story or why are they on TV? Just to get TV exposure doesn’t seem to work any longer.”

  • Undertaker Week On WWE Network, Breaking Ground Note, NXT Greatest Matches DVD

    – On the second episode of WWE Breaking Ground, WWE Senior Director Of Talent Development Canyon Ceman played the role of the executive who had to inform aspiring talent that they were being let go. In all actuality, Canyon was just brought in to fill that role on the show, as normally NXT Head Coach Matt Bloom is the guy who does that, according to PWInsider.com.

    – Next Monday, November 16th, WWE will kick off “The Undertaker Week” on the WWE Network. WWE will soon be announcing full details on the special programming scheduled for the week long theme, which is expected to be similar to the recent “Brock Lesnar Week.”

Additionally, it was announced that Seth Rollins vs. Big E. for the NXT Championship will be on that set, and the NXT Women’s Championship match between Charlotte and Sasha Banks will be a Blu-ray exclusive.

  • The Undertaker Backstage At Today’s RAW Taping

The Undertaker Backstage At Today’s RAW Taping

The Undertaker is being advertised for Tuesday’s SmackDown taping, and we can confirm that he has arrived backstage at today’s RAW taping in Manchester, UK. It’s unsure if he’ll be appearing on the show, but as we reported last week, WWE was looking to book some big names for tonight’s taping.

Taker’s last WWE appearance as at Hell In A Cell in October, where he lost to Brock Lesnar then was carried away by the Wyatt Family. WWE is advertising Tuesday’s SmackDown as The Deadman’s first appearance in the U.K. in over two years.

  • Two Big Matches WWE Is Planning For WrestleMania 32 Revealed

WWE is currently planning The Undertaker’s match for WrestleMania 32. PWInsider reports that the company is trying to put together a match between the Deadman and John Cena. If the match goes through as planned, it will be one of the two top matches at the company’s biggest PPV of the year. The other big match in the planning stages is The Rock vs. Triple H.

There’s no word on how the WWE Championship will fit in at WrestleMania, or if it will be defended in either of those potential matches. The current odds-on favorite to win the title at Survivor Series is Roman Reigns.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reported Saturday that WWE’s original plans for Cena and ‘Taker had been changing throughout the week. He also noted, “There are ‘Mania plans in place, but Seth Rollins’ injury changes at least two matches.”

WrestleMania 32 takes place on April 3, 2016, at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

  • Kevin Nash Says He’s Got One More WWE Run Left In Him

WWE Hall Of Famer Kevin Nash recently spoke with Sports Illustrated’s “Extra Mustard” blog to talk about a number of topics. Below are some of the highlights.

    Focusing on his acting career:

“I take every role, whether it’s a line or more, and try to make it my own. All these people talk about the secret to acting. To me, it’s once you find the character, like Engleheart in ‘The Longest Yard.’ I could turn that character on morning, noon, and night. That’s the key–finding the character.”

“I’ve had a career in wrestling, and this is the next area where I’m determined to be successful. You have to be realistic and know that you’re just going to be a character actor. You’re not going to be a lead, you’re not going to be doing romantic comedies, but there is plenty of work out there.”

Still being amazed by The Undertaker:

“There’s a reason why, right now, Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson are out touring. People want the drama. When guys are kicking out of 450-f—— moonsaults on one-and-a-half, what’s the false finish? There are so few storytellers left, but ‘Taker can go out there and tell a story.”

    One more WWE run:

“I have one more run. I’m started to get things fixed. I’m getting my shoulder fixed, I’m getting my neck fixed. I miss it, so never say never.”

  • Jim Ross Blog: Taker & Lesnar Bleeding At HIAC, Ronda Rousey Wanting To Be Divas Champ

Jim Ross has updated his blog at JRsBarBQ.com with his thoughts on Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker bleeding at Hell in a Cell, Ronda Rousey stating she wants to be WWE Divas Champion one day and more.

Some fans have questioned if the blood was planned in advance and JR says it clearly was.  “How the blood was derived may be another issue but the two talents taking matters into their own hands without approval isn’t too likely to have occurred. Their match was the best bout on the show Sunday in LA.”

During a recent interview with FOX Sports, UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey said she would like to be WWE Divas Champion one day. Reigning Divas champion Charlotte responded and offered Ronda Rousey a title shot anytime, anywhere. JR sees blockbuster potential from Rousey in a WWE ring and questions if the baddest woman on the planet would even qualify to be a Diva.

“Ronda Rousey and her camp, influenced by The Rock, are strategic in their thinking. Rousey has a huge payday awaiting her for a Wrestlemania story line down the road and they know it. No one ever makes too much money plus RR knows that she can’t be unbreakable forever inside the Octagon. It was timely of Charlotte to stand her ground and respond to Ronda recently but I would rather see RR versus a heel specifically Stephanie McMahon as I feel that’s the money. Plus, do you really want Ronda Rousey going for the WWE Divas Title? Is Rousey a Diva? Is the term Diva still relevant?

In any event, Ronda Rousey in a hot, personal issue interests me more than her going for the title at this time. The question is can Rousey and WWE come together for something BIG for the Texas WrestleMania?”

  • More On Brock Lesnar & Undertaker Bleeding At Hell In A Cell

The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar were not reprimanded for the blood during their match at Hell in a Cell on Sunday. As noted earlier this week, Vince McMahon did flip out at the Gorilla position during the main event, but it’s believed that he was upset because Lesnar shoved the referee who was checking on him.

Lesnar flew home after the doctor stitched him up. Undertaker flew home on Monday morning.

The blood was not an accident and it’s not a coincidence that Lesnar did the same exact spot (head into the post) that he did at WrestleMania. The intent, whether he hit his head on the post or cut himself up, was to get blood and Lesnar taking his glove off to punch Taker was also to get blood. Undertaker bled from his forehead, where wrestlers would normally cut themselves.

Batista has told the story about him blading in a match with Chris Jericho in 2008 and getting $100,000. If it was hard way blood then it was still clearly intentional. It is hard to believe that Lesnar was not reprimanded for shoving the doctor.

  • WWE Announces The Undertaker For SmackDown Taping In England

WWE announced The Undertaker for the November 10th WWE SmackDown television taping from Manchester, England.

    WWE issued the following today:

The Undertaker will be on hand for SmackDown in Manchester, U.K., on Tuesday, 10 Nov. at 7 p.m.

WWE will embark on an 11-day tour of the United Kingdom, from 5 to 14 Nov., and sports-entertainment’s top Superstars will visit Manchester Arena for episodes of Raw and SmackDown during the visit. With 9 Nov.’s Raw show already sold out, though, the WWE Universe is strongly encouraged to act fast if they want to see The Deadman’s first appearance in the U.K. in two years, as well as unbelievable SmackDown action in Manchester on 10 Nov.

With November marking his 25th anniversary in WWE, what destruction will The Phenom bring when he comes to Manchester?

  • *Spoilers* WWE SmackDown Taping Results For This Week

WWE taped the following on Tuesday night in Phoenix, Arizona for this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown:

    – SmackDown kicks off with a vignette featuring Bray Wyatt talking about The Undertaker and Kane. He says their spirits are his fuel. He challenges any three Superstars to face his three monsters on tonight’s show.

    – Roman Reigns comes out to a nice reaction from the Phoenix fans. He talks about having obstacles and getting another shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Kevin Owens comes out and says Reigns stole the win in the Fatal Four Way match on RAW. This leads to a match between Reigns and Owens.

    – Roman Reigns def. Kevin Owens via count out in a non-title match. The crowd was apparently very pro-Reigns during the match. The finish saw Reigns knock Owens out of the ring with a Superman punch and Owens running off through the crowd.

    – The Lucha Dragons def. The Ascension, The Dudley Boyz and Sheamus & King Barrett in a multi tag-team match. The Dudleyz and Sheamus & Barrett fought to the back while The Lucha Dragons pinned The Ascension. The New Day sat in on commentary during the match.

    – Dolph Ziggler def. The Miz in a “Trick Or Treat Street Fight.” Ziggler won what was described as a good match by way of roll-up. Following the match, Tyler Breeze came out and attacked Ziggler until referees separated them.

    – Paige def. Natalya in Divas action. Paige got a good pop despite the heel turn on Monday, and she and Natalya had what was said to be another good match. Team B.A.D. came out and distracted Nattie, leading to Paige winning the match with her RamPaige finisher. After the match, Team B.A.D. beat up Nattie until the referees intervened.

    – WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio is out next with Zeb Colter. He talks about their MexAmerica group and they say that the title now represents both countries.

    – Cesaro, Dean Ambrose & Ryback accept Bray Wyatt’s challenge from the beginning of the show.

    – Braun Strowman, Luke Harper & Erick Rowan def. Cesaro, Ryback & Dean Ambrose in six-man tag-team action to close out the show. Cesaro got a hot tag and the crowd went crazy for him. He hit big uppercuts on all three guys for a big pop. Harper ended up scoring the pin for his team. Bray Wyatt was at ringside for his team throughout the match.

  • Jim Ross Blog: Alberto Del Rio’s WWE Return, Hell In A Cell Thoughts, More

WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross updated his official website blog recently with his thoughts on Sunday’s WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view and other current topics. Below are some of the highlights. For the complete blog, visit JRsBarBQ.com. You can also order JR’s Bar-B-Q products online at WWEShop.com.

On the WWE Hell In A Cell main event:

“Best match of the night was the ‘blow off’ bout to the Lesnar vs. Taker trilogy. It was a brawl with plenty of physicality from both men. The rare, blood sighting was timely and added drama to the presentation without fail. The use of blood needs to remain essentially rare but when the environment calls for it such as in HIAC or the Elimination Chamber it becomes something to consider but I don’t look for any more blood any time soon in WWE. Lots of basic MMA elements utilized in this main event which I enjoyed. Lesnar had to receive 9 staples in his head after the event to close his head wound we are told.”

On the post-match angle with Undertaker and Wyatt Family:

“Post match with Wyatt Family attacking a defenseless Undertaker, who had no one come to his aid which I ‘get’ but still found strange, may lead to an elimination tag at the Survivor Series with Taker’s team versus the Wyatt’s. I see a 4 versus 4 traditional, Survivor Series elimination tag. Taker, Kane, Sting (if healthy) and one young talent who WWE wants to get a ‘rub’ vs the Wyatt’s. Or two, young talents if Sting isn’t abe to join the presentation.”

On Alberto Del Rio’s WWE return:

“Not totally surprised to see Alberto Del Rio back in WWE after leaving Lucha Underground over ‘differences’ which usually concerns the two, C’s, cash and creative. ADR got a short, albeit decisive victory over John Cena, who’s taking some well deserved time off, to win the US Title. I’d suggest that WWE continue the US Title Open Challenge with ADR who takes on the task of continuing to rehabilitate the United States Title. It was a good way to start the show. If ADR turns on Zeb Colter then the WWE will have a better chance to run with Del Rio as a main event level fan favorite of distinction. This would be a nice in ring segment on RAW. “

  • Update On Backstage Turmoil During Hell In A Cell Main Event

As it turns out, Vince McMahon wasn’t that upset with The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar bleeding during their “Final Battle” inside Hell In A Cell at Sunday night’s WWE pay-per-view in Los Angeles, but rather how things went after the blood started pouring.

A source who was watching the situation unfold from the gorilla position last night noted to PWInsider.com that McMahon was not upset over the blood, even if he wasn’t thrilled to see it. What set Vince off was the fact that Lesnar shoved the doctor out of the way after Vince sent him to ringside to clean things up. Lesnar shoving the doctor was not at all a planned spot. Lesnar got frustrated that the doctor was interrupting the momentum of the match and took it upon himself to attack him.

When Lesnar and Undertaker returned backstage after the match, there was no incident with McMahon calling them into his office or talking down to them in front of everyone else in sight, despite reports to the contrary.

  • Vince McMahon Reportedly Furious At Blood In WWE Hell In A Cell Main Event

Both The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar were seen bleeding during the main event at the WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view. Taker and Lesnar’s injuries were not a result of blading, but rather they were both busted open. As seen during WrestleMania 31, Lesnar ran directly into the ring post whereas Taker’s injury was caused by Lesnar taking his glove off and throwing head punches.

An insider backstage texted Bryan Alvarez from F4WOnline.com as they caught Vince McMahon’s reaction to the blood. It was said that due to the no blood policy in WWE, Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn were freaking out as they watched backstage.

Kevin Dunn was reportedly flipping out, demanding WWE doctors go into the Hell In A Cell structure to calm down the situation, however when Lesnar shoved the doctor, he did not return and the match continued regardless.

  • Photos: Brock Lesnar Receives Nine Staples After Hell In A Cell

The official WWE website posted photos of Brock Lesnar receiving nine staples to close cuts on his head that he suffered during his “Final Battle” Hell In A Cell match against The Undertaker.

Lesnar ran into the ring post during the match at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night, the same spot he did at WrestleMania 31 that resulted in him being busted open, to produce the blood that we saw during the match.

For a full photo gallery of Lesnar getting staples in his head backstage after the match, visit WWE.com.

  • WWE RAW Preview: Del Rio & Colter, Undertaker/Wyatt Family, Kane, More

Tonight’s post-Hell In A Cell edition of WWE RAW takes place live from the Valley View Casino in San Diego, California.

John Cena is not advertised for the show tonight, however the new WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio, along with Zeb Colter, are expected to be there.

As noted earlier today, WWE broadcast member Rich Brennan alluded to the fact that Del Rio and Colter would be at tonight’s show, and according to WWE’s RAW Five Point Preview, we may find out what brought Del Rio back to WWE.

Other talent advertised for RAW tonight include Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, The New Day, Kevin Owens, Sheamus, Bray Wyatt and The Dudley Boyz.

While no matches have been advertised for tonight, WWE is hyping the following “five points” in their official RAW preview.

    * What does Wyatt want with The Undertaker?

    * What brought Del Rio back to WWE?

    * Who‘s next to spin into contention in the Divas Revolution?

    * What will happen to WWE without the Director of Operations?

    * Is Roman ready to reign?

Make sure to join us here at SEScoops.com later this evening for live RAW results coverage.

  • Plans For Lesnar-Undertaker, Lesnar’s Rumored WM32 Opponent

As noted, the match between The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar at this Sunday’s WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view in Los Angeles, California is scheduled to be their final battle.

The current belief is that Lesnar will defeat Undertaker to end their feud due to a run-in by whoever he will feud with next, possibly even the guy he will be feuding with heading into WrestleMania 32. There is no word yet if Lesnar will feud with anyone else between now and next year’s WrestleMania season.

Although no angle was shot between Steve Austin and Lesnar during Monday’s “Stone Cold Podcast,” there are still some clinging to the idea that there has to be a big match at WrestleMania because Vince McMahon wouldn’t blow off a major match like Lesnar vs. Undertaker at a smaller event like Hell In A Cell unless he had something bigger in his back pocket for WrestleMania.

Despite the fact that The Rock also rumored to be facing Lesnar next year, there is no word regarding The Rock appearing at Hell In A Cell on Sunday to shoot an angle.

  • Backstage Update On Reason Why WWE Booked Undertaker On Mexico Tour

Back in July, it was revealed that The Undertaker would work the 2015 WWE tour of Mexico. The event just wrapped this past weekend where Undertaker teamed with Kane to face Luke Harper and Braun Strowman on three different shows. The matches took place in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Merida.

According to one WWE source, one of the main reasons WWE put The Undertaker and Ric Flair on those shows was due to the heat they received from Mexican promoters Ocesa. The promoters in Mexico were having major problems with WWE. They were upset that after the shows were first sold to them, they did not book any top talents or any real Mexican stars (as they don’t have that many).

A little background into the way it works, WWE books the tour and then sells the tour to local promoters and then receive a certain amount of the profit. After all that takes place the promoter must then sell tickets to make a profit, with them banking on the fact that what WWE sells will draw in fans. WWE receives any profits over a certain pre-determined percentage.

Until WWE was willing to book big name Superstars, the promoters of the Mexico tour pulled all support. which is why The Undertaker has since been added to the tour.
