World of Sport will be returning to UK television later in the year for a 10 part series on ITV. ITV is one of the biggest channels in the United Kingdom and is available in every home that has access to a television set. Comparatively WWE’s RAW & Smackdown shows are available on Sky Sports, an expensive pay per view subscription service with a greatly reduced viewer base.

IMPACT Wrestling will also be involved in the series relaunch. Jeff Jarrett and Jeremy Borash appeared at a recent press conference for the new series and appear to be playing a major role in the rebirth of the iconic British brand.
