WWE’s NXT Deadline 2024 event is set to electrify fans this Saturday, December 7, 2024, at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With the card now finalized, the stage is set for an action-packed evening featuring high-stakes matches and intense rivalries.

Key Additions to the Card

This week’s episode of NXT saw the final slots in the Iron Survivor Challenge matches filled. Eddy Thorpe secured his place in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge after winning a last-chance qualifier, while Wren Sinclair did the same for the Women’s match.

Two other bouts have been added to the lineup:

• Tag Team Battle Royal Fallout: Myles Borne and Tavion Heights of No Quarter Catch Crew emerged victorious in a massive Battle Royal, defeating teams like Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang), OTM (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price), and The D’Angelo Family. They’ve earned a shot at the NXT Tag Team Championships, held by Axiom and Nathan Frazer.
• NXT Underground Match: Lola Vice will square off against Jaida Parker in a match born from Parker’s direct challenge. The underground format promises a brutal and gritty clash.

The pre-show kicks off at 7 PM ET, with the main card starting at 8 PM ET.

WWE has officially announced the details for this year’s NXT Deadline premium live event, including the date, location, and the return of a fan-favorite match format. On this week’s episode of WWE NXT, General Manager Ava revealed that the Iron Survivor Challenge will return at NXT Deadline, which will take place on Saturday, December 7, at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Tickets are set to go on sale on November 13.

Last year’s Deadline event was held at Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and featured a main event where Ilja Dragunov defeated Baron Corbin to retain the NXT Championship. Dragon Lee, accompanied by Rey Mysterio, also claimed the NXT North American Championship by defeating “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio.

The Iron Survivor Challenge matches made its return at last year’s Deadline, bringing a unique 25-minute format where participants competed to determine the #1 contenders. In the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge, Blair Davenport triumphed over Tiffany Stratton, Lash Legend, Kelani Jordan, and Fallon Henley to secure a title opportunity at New Year’s Evil. In the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge, Trick Williams emerged victorious over Dijak, Josh Briggs, Bron Breakker, and Tyler Bate, paving his way to the NXT title picture.
